I app**** for the voip PABX service with them and fast they responded and I paid for the service,but still get invoices saying I should pay,they gave me my landline number and asked me to pay for the airtiime which I paid and till now still have not received that airtime,when i call,whatsapp and contact them with their live chat ,no one answers ,so to my suprise my account is now suspended,just within one week having it,carefull guys they are just ****** and ****mers
on the 13th Sept 2021 I got my order for a new contract fixed lte sim card and I put it same day in the Huawei B612 router and till now the service is still not working and was told its now active and working but still a RED color is still displaying in my router...I since call MTN and am calling each day and have been transfered to all departments,from Billing,sales,network and coverage,support,contracts,support,online even activation department,but no one is able to assistnow I am getting messages to make a payment and for me to continue being connected I need to pay an amount of R440,continue being connected while I was never connected,now I need to pay,today I got another one saying my service has been stopped due to none payment,please cancell this deal or connect as am not gona pay for something that beats you as a big company with inexperienced people who cant solve a very small problem
Hii..I am very much disappointed of the service am getting from FNB..I opened a business account online on the 13 Aug 20 and few days after I went to the branch in bethlehem to finalize it and was told everything is well and I deposited R300 and few days after R40 000 was deposited to this account and then when I tried to to transfer R5000 from this Business account to my Easy account it keeps giving me Error Code 271 and I called FNB and was told that there is a hold due to some outstanding documents and was told to wait for at least 2 to 3 days for validation and after three days I went to the branch to find out if everything is ok and still was told the same story and the branch again told me to wait another two days which is today...I just called again to find out if everything is ok and again am being told to wait another two days,so meaning after this two days m gona be told to wit another two days,so can I please have this account activated and if any outstanding document is missing be told and send it,otherwise can I have it cancelled and the money in it be transferred to my easy account and will go try another bank,my clients are waiting and the business is suffering a little because of this,the client deposited the money now I cant render the service to him due to this....
<p>First I hate this company with all my heart,at first I had an accident and claimed and they sent their stupid accessor and he told them all the lies and my car was never fixed,now recently the house am living in was destroyed by storms in november 2016 and we are covered by this thieves auto n general,they sent 3 different companies to make quotes and to get ready to fix the roofing as it was all destroyed and they sent this stupid accessor whom after he came went to them ant told them there were no bolts attached to the roof sinks,first the sinks are taken by the storms,and he never went on the rooftop to check,he just stood there in the room,look up and say there were no bolts,the bolts are on top and he is on the floor,there roof has been there for 16 years,so what were they attached to or with,even the sinks are showing that they are having holes to show that they were attached with bolts,and lastly why dd nt they inspect the house before insuring us to see if its perfect for being insured by them,now instead of paying as they promised they start seeing mistakes...Auto n General I so hate u,but we are taking the matter with an ombudsman and our attorneys</p>
