I bought a new set of Pirelli Scorpion Verde’s. The tyres keep popping and peeling themselves. This is in a space of 1-2 months. Tyres pose a risk to our lives and this is serious when you can die from tyres just popping on the road while driving.
Vodacom billed me over R400k. They admitted to faulty billing. We were in talks and now they’re sending lawyers and sheriffs after me. I’m convinced Vodacom is indeed prejudice towards certain people and companies.
I pay yet they decided to stop debiting and block my account. Even MTN retail shops don’t know what’s happening. Highly disappointed
Worst Accounts dept. I get overcharged EVERY MONTH, yet every month, I get a message that I have an outstanding amount.
We bought faulty couches at Rochester. Informed them and had to fight to log that call. Then they called to say they’re collecting the couches. I asked where the family is going to sit - on the floor. The answer was yes. Because we wouldn’t let them, let us sit on the floor, they never exchanged the faulty couches. This was the last time we bought from Rochester. Highly disappointed.
We tried changing the main member for over 2 months without joy. I even went to the Discovery offices in Sandton yet again no luck. Now we don’t have medical aid and being told to pay R40k to rejoin, yet all we’ve been trying to do for the last 4 months is just to change main members and pay. Proactively so. Very disappointed in Discovery
I’ve had a corporate card for over 10 years, and someone internally decided to delete my debit order. I called the bank many times to rectify their mistake and nothing. Worse, std bank even took me to the lawyers for their own mistake. After many months of no one knowing the correct amount to be paid, I paid and all is well. Now the card isn’t working and my emails not answered. Highly disappointed at Card Division and the corp card people.
We bought a couch and it had spring sounds from the onset. We told Rochester, and they now want to take the couch and leave us without a couch. Highly disappointed in the quality of the product and how you would expect a family to not have a couch while “they go check what’s wrong with it” without a replacement. Highly highly disappointed.
I’m still being wrongfully billed until today. We changed accounts to pre-paid and stopped others, yet my account still grows at an average of R24k pm. I made payment arrangements and when I tried to pay and get a settlement, even the Vodacom staff, doesn’t know why account went from R90k to R240k to now R200k, yet I should have just paid R90k and closed all my accounts. This is extremely ********, unfair and a bad spirit for a NSP to exploit us like this. All of these caused “by the system” as the Vodacom staff says. The staff can even see it’s a mistake, yet no one can give us the correct billing so we can settle this. According to the correct records when we checked at VodaWorld, we stopped my bill at R90k, yet it ballooned to R200k whilst as a pre-paid and no one knows why. I’m ready to pay the R90k and not R200k.
I changed banks to have my Standard Bank debits pull from my Standard Bank accounts. Whoever captured, made mistakes and now I’m at fault with ITC, the bank has sent me to lawyers, for something I did right, yet I’m now being penalized, because of the bank. My personal loan and corporate card. Highly disappointed!!!! I’m closing all of them
