#blackfriday I have been with Axxess for several years and have found them responsive to my queries and complaints when wifi is not operational. Given the infrastructure issues and the volumes of customers dealt with, I am happy with their service and would happily recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work folks!

Head and shoulders above
Rustenburg store really punches well above - actually head and shoulders above any and all other grocery stores. Their specials are really special, the store is well lit and clean, pricing is visible and accurate, staff are friendly and helpful (I know right?!) and it is an absolute pleasure to shop there. Very well done and keep up the brilliance!

SAPO DISGRACE
If I could score a 0 out of 5 I would!!! One can only complain about 'service' - when there IS some! Both my parcels from the US had been tracked across several states there on its way to me. Tracking numbers supplied to both. Functional. Then it arrives here and suddenly it's "untraceable'. ****** rubbish!! Where is the recourse to hold these ****** incompetent thieves accountable for what they get up to with our belongings??? Even an ICASA complaint is just shrugged off. Seriously??? Looting with impunity!!! Rather pay 3x the value on courier postage and have a fighting chance to receive your goods. You, SAPO, deserve to go bankrupt, serves you well!
