This place is a scam. They ask you to pay for goods via eft after invoicing you. They change the address om their website every few weeks and the number to call does not work. They only deal on whatsapp The address they said they are located at was a friends address. Its a scam
Dont use this company. I ordered stock from one of their suppliers. They wuoted me $90 shipping and after I paid raised the amount to $340. They refused to refund me and then proceeded to send the item via post not courier. Due to the fact that SA post office has restrictions. The item was denied entry and sent back to China. Now the company refuses to refund me even though they will be receiving their stock back. And they are blaming me for not “collecting in time” when I never even received a notification that my package had arrived
This comany takes FOREVER to pay out claims and to report back on emails. I have been trying to submit a claim for July that is still not paid out in full! I would not recommend anyone to join them as a gap cover provider. Its a back and forth of emails and nothing gets done!!! Pathetic!!!
I have been dealing with them since 2015. Sign up was smooth and all went well. Until I started paying off my accounts myself. I paid of most of my accounts, leaving only 2. Since my husband got retrenched we were unable to make the maximum agreed on amount. But since I had paid of most of my accounts, I asked them multiple times via email to assist me by reajusting my payment amounts so that i only pay the amounts required for the 2 remaining accounts, and not paying extra to pay off quicker as it was not an option at this time. I battled to get any response. Untill I threatened to complain to a higher person. And even then it was terrible and very slow. I had to email 3 consultants and it has taken me months to get the paid off accounts to be removed off my profile. Now I am up for paying double on every remaining account and still battling to get it sorted. I hardly get any response and when I dealt with Louise in december she said she would forward my email to the relevant department (13 Dec 17). I am still waiting. I have stopped my debits to them and I am paying my credit providers myself. The only time they started teying to contact me is when the first payment bounced. Then I was important enough to try to get hold of. Debt rescue, very helpful until your accounts are being paid up. Then they throw you aside like a dirty rag.
<p>I made the huge mistake of choosing Web africa as my hosting site for my webpage in April</p> <p>They offer one month free so I signed up to try it. </p> <p>After discovering they have an aweful sitebuilding package (7days after signing up) I proceeded to cancel.</p> <p>Wel, firtsly they billed me TWICE for a package add on I never asked for (web site rank) , and I only wanted the 1 year domain and the site builder which should have only cost R99 as I got 1 month free.</p> <p>When I cancelled, all of a sudden they said I had to pay for the next month as I need a full calendar month to cancel (so they catch you anyway) and now my package would run until June which I had to pay although not using!</p> <p>Then I tried to move my domain to Hostking (amazing service at half the price) and they would not release the site or pick up my or host kings emails</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent multiple emails for them to remove the double service they charged me 2x R149 for and finally on the 6th of may they removed the charge, just to debit me again this month!!!!!!!!! </p> <p>And surprise surprise, billing does not answer, or they send you from pillar to post when you call or drop your calls!!,,</p> <p> </p> <p>never ever use this provider</p> <p> </p>
<p>My husband took out a home line for us when we moved into our new flat last year as we wanted wifi. We paid all the fees and connection charges and waited ages for someone to come install the internet, just to be told the exchange is full and we cannot get wifi in our flat! (NO REFUND ON CALL OUT)</p> <p>We kept the home line for a few months but later decided to cancel it as we were not using it. We went into a telkom store and handed all the documentation to the staffmember who took a copy of his ID ect.</p> <p>About a week later our line stopped working and gave a strange no dial tone and could not make or recieve calls, so we pressumed it was cut. Just to get a bill for the next few months!!!</p> <p>I sent a cancellation form through twice to the cancellations department and recieved an email saying it would be dealt with within 21days, this was on the 22/08 and 12/10, yet we are still being billed! We have recieved no service for months, no calls were mde or recieved yet we are being charged!</p> <p> </p> <p>PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM!!! I WILL NEVER DOI BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN! would rather take the MTN 50gig promo when if comes up with mobile data when it comes up.</p> <p> </p> <p>SAD as we are moving month end and was going to have fibre installed in our new house....</p>
<p>Not happy with your kloof KZN branch at the moment.</p> <p>I lost my gym card wednesday/ thursday at 5am last week in the gym. (My fault I know)</p> <p>I had to log in with my ID twice last week and I was informed I can only do it 3 times (also fair enough)</p> <p>So I searched for it over the weekend and finally when I could not find it I gave up. And decided to go buy a new one.</p> <p> </p> <p>So this morning I paid R70 for a new card. Just to find my card lying in a pile of lost cards after I had already paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now it cant be reversed and that card is blocked </p> <p> </p> <p>I think its pathetic that it took you guys over 4 days before even attempting to contact me. As you know you can only ID code in 3 times.</p> <p> </p> <p>The whole weekend!</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not even think of contacting the gym as I know virgin active usually calls immediately. As I have been called while in the gym to collect my card I dropped.</p>
