Shocking Experience – Misleading, Poor Quality, and Terrible Service https://zulu-capetown.co.za/ I feel compelled to warn others about my extremely disappointing experience with Zulu CapeTown, an online store that presents itself as a Cape Town-based fashion brand but is, in fact, operating out of Asia. First and foremost, the shipping took an unreasonably long time, far beyond what is acceptable for a company that claims to be local. Upon finally receiving the parcel, I was shocked to discover that the items did not match the colors shown online, and the material was cheap, flimsy, and nowhere near the quality suggested by their marketing. To make matters worse, the return process is deliberately designed to be difficult. Instead of allowing a proper return, they offer a measly 20% refund and ask you to keep the unwanted products—because, as they admit, it’s too expensive to return the items to Asia. This was never made clear during the purchase process. It’s incredibly misleading for a brand to trade on a Cape Town identity while operating entirely offs****, delivering substandard products, and offering zero customer support of any substance. Bottom line: Zulu CapeTown is overpriced, low quality, and misleading. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and shop with a brand that is honest about who they are, where they’re based, and what they’re selling.
Strauss Daly Attorneys act on behalf of Lancet. After receving numerous emails about outstanding payments (which refer to payments after my mom passed away), they just keep on sending the invoices. Upon calling Trisha Mathey she indicated that they never open the invoices. SO HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT THE MONEY OUTSTANDING IS VALD!! After numerous emails indicating that the amount refers to treatments 6 weeks after my mom's death, they just keep on sending demands to pay. IT IS A TOTAL DISGRACE!!
Although my mother passed away on the 22-05-2023 the invoice received from Lancet indicates that she still received treatments after heR death on 01-07-2023. They now handed it over to lawyers to collect. IT IS A DISGRACE!!!
Keep on calling my sick mom with cancer. She doesn't even know the person that they are referring to. The more we ask them to sop phoning the more they phone, every morning. I have no choice but report SSDA to the Human Rights Commission and POPI ACT. It is a violation of privacy and a disgrace to let a sick person go through this.
It seems like WebAfrica don't provide any support any longer: Phone calls don't get answerred, WeChat Support is a WAIST of time and email support tickets no longer exist. I am moving to another company, it is a total waist of time. They have lost it totally - and increased the fees just last month!! Not working for me any longer.

Purchased an eBook. Nightmare process to go through. The Help Centre also not able to assist. Username and password already reset - still cannot login. I can rather get into my car and go to the nearest shopping centre - quicker and at least I kwow what I am getting. Never, never, never again.
