Not worth your money and respect.
Worst by worst. 181 Gum road Benoni and not at the workshop. Had comeback on my one car 4 times and the other 2 times and still have problems which it never had before. Manupilating invoices, done work on my cars without my concent valeud well over R10 000. Paid for spares etc changed which they never did. Most provoking agressive owner I met in my entire live. And yes, I have all proof on this as I'm in the process of taking it through the correct channels. I was threathen by court cases by the company consultant on an invoice posted on a facebook group after editing their name but was recognised by a member. Of course there was an incident on their property due to provoking. They got very very close on getting fisical with me. They notified 2 times to collect my vehicles where I arrived at 8 and leaving at night 22h00 and the second time I left after midnight. The owner tried to bribe me with free services, and goodies for my car when I was not happy. He even told me that he will give out claps till my wife drops. I can still add and add but for now this will do

Dst Greedy and selfish
Dstv is really getting greedy and selfish. Once you were able to stream 4 devices which you paid for, but now only one with an option to add more devices. As per the call centre you can only watch you're second and third device on a cell. In July I made a call an they notified me that I will not be able to stream on mor than one device. Then at this call the gave a price under R100 to add another device. Today they quoted me R199 for another one, and also that I can only use this livestream on a cellphone. If dstv loose money make it up with proper customer care and not double you're fees. Will see what happens after the world cup. But I'm sure their is more than the greedy dstv.

Product not included on delivery
My order was delivered to somewhere else in the area yesterday late afternoon and signed for!! Im now trying to see how to get MY order (which is urgent). Takelot really need to use more security verification when delivering an order. They need to send you a PIN number to your cellphone like other couriers do to make sure the authorised person takes receipt of this parcel) Ive now called Takelot twice and am getting nowhere!! Promises, promises and nothing is happening. Ive never had such bad service from Takelot before :(

False information, name infringement
I'm really not happy regarding false information that you disclose on my credit record as per attachment. According to you I missed payments in December 2022 and January 2023 which is not true. Also, that I'm in arear with my account? Can't understand this as you do a debit order every month on my bank account, which can be forwarded to you I see this as very personal and intimidating. Also is this information published on a network, no matter credit or not, and this is seen as name infringement. This needs your urgent explanation and also explanation for the arrears as stipulated by you. Under no circumstances will this be tolerated. Hope to hear from you soon.

3rd time bying rotten meat from them. I reported this twice and they wanted to compensate with meat packs. But this is not the only problem. You invite frienda for a braai and buy wood etc. Then you open a pack of rotyen meat. We all know the expences on having a braai. Never again. Pathetic
