Pathetic accounts department. Used them 2 years ago during Covid, then receive email 2 years ago threatening to hand me over. I eventually found the proof of payment, to which they responded that this was the correct payment, and they apologise. BOOM....2 months later another threatening email about the same invoice, saying i will be handed over.
You use a company when Covid is on. 2 years later they send you a threatening email to say you will be handed over. You eventually find the proof of payment, and they respond saying thank you, they will allocate the payment. 2 months later, another threatening email for the same invoice.
My contract is due an upgrade, and cell c advertise iPhone 11. They now say they have no stock due to Corona (but other Networks have). Have tried emailing and contacting call centre, but nobody can say when they are expecting stock to arrive.

<p>I recently ported my cell number from Vodacom to Cell C. This was completed last week Wednesday 24th August. Since then, i cannot receive any calls from the Vodacom network, if you call my number from a Vodacom phone, then it says the number does not exist.</p> <p>I had tried calling Vodacom, but they say there is nothing they can do. I eventually logged a fault with their social media department (ref no -S3-G3H2O-OAAWD), and they have eventually got back to me and said it is not only a problem with my number, but with more people.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has been happening for a week, and they have no idea when this will be fixed. I find this totally unacceptable, and it sound like very anti competative behaviour to me</p>
