fantastic service , these guys really know their business ... if you have looked after your car , make sure they reward you accordingly by looking after YOU ! i got more for my vehicle than a franchised dealer could be 'bothered ' to offer me ..that's why they're in business and have no BS in stock thank you Dylon and team!
Completely useless If you are the claimant on a 3rd party policy with Santam rather claim on your own insurance and let them do all the work … you’ll be better off
Straight-forward , honest and no BS … Cash in bank before I left their premises . I hope they are around for longer than the others
They were good to start . However are currently miles off the mark with businesses in competition . 25% less they offered me on a car compared to 2 other dealers … wow.. expected better 🤷♂️
Specific simple job required , only to find out later that the paint didn’t match and was blended poorly . When confronted they said I was being taken for a ride … Never mind - lesson learnt - don’t trust them
all very good and well when these muppets can't answer their phones in 5 sessions of 35 mins+at a time in one day ... so we try to log a fault on-line.... and guess what ? ... apparently according to their registration system , not only does my account number not apparently exist , but neither do either of my meter numbers? !!! i wonder what on earth they've been allocating the +/- R7k per month to ??? it all just seems that their systems in their entirety are designed to not provide service to paying customers , but rather pander to the needs of those who don't pay a cent to keep them operational? they, their systems and services are beyond a joke ... let's all prey that a DA mayor might change things? if not then find a way to leave this city
Booked and paid in full for 2 rooms at cascades (R9942) for 1night in December… was booked mid October and subsequently cancelled on nov 2nd due to change of international flight schedules… after almost 30 emails and phone calls , sun international have still not got back to me regards the refund that they advertise extensively as being ‘ in full within 14 days of cancellation’ the auto-reply emails are a waste and no one can put me through to their correct department or a manager to discuss… I even went to their offices in Sandton to try to find a manager to speak to and was denied entry , only to have a telephone clerk call and tell me nothing … Sun International are guilty of misleading representation AND false advertising! It’s hardly surprising so many businesses are going under in SA … they’re all employing *****s to do nothing in management with no ability to resolve anything at any time … I also want my money back , and will never ever use them or any of their facilities again , nor recommend any to others… they deserve to go out of business . If this is an example of how companies in SA operate , then SA Inc is in enormous trouble . We are bored of being treated like mushrooms - kept in the dark and fed b/s
