The rudest kitchen staff I've ever encountered, when we walked to pick up a slice of cheese cake at 6:10pm this evening. There was no front of house when we walked in, we made our way to the kitchen bakery are because there we no waiters, 3 african ladies there ignored us even when we asked for assistance in ordering cheese cake, blatant disregard of our presence and need for assistance. They then started laughing when we walked away.. Unnoticed and without being helped at all I would hire new kitchen staff if I were Mugg and Bean, Suncoast management I would highly not recommend that establishment to anybody who values a pleasant experience at a restaurant It's trash
I placed an order online on the 29th Nov for make up , it's been over 3 weeks no order received, no communication from their end...I have enquired through WhatsApp but only to be promised it will arrive shortly. .. their service is disappointing disgusting and I am livid at this point... Please don't support such businesses that treat their customers like trash ..it is not the 15th of December...and still nothing..never again
We had the worst service ever from Ram couriers, driver n delivery guy...more like delivery ****s... threatened their client...if it wasn't for the security guards at the flat...they would have physically assaulted the poor woman...all because she asked them to leave the parcel with the security as always is the case ..n they were in a hurry to knock off home
Revolting shopping experience ever, security guards literally follow you around the shop... Spar John Ross , in Durban is major disappointment, despite having shopped there for years... absolutely nauseating
Checkers & checkers hyper in Windermere, we experienced the worst, service from the cashier to the packer, the attitude and non response was nausiating...the store manager would not even avail himself
KFC point road in Durban is the ****iest service ever.. ordered dinner...made us wait for over 1hour 30 minutes..then cancelled our order.. without notifying us ..never use them ..you will die out of hunger...funds are still not on our account.. scammers
Six months later issue not resolved, no WiFi service, no cancellation letter, can't even application for new service provider because this ****ysonic has us on a chokehold
The ****y service or non service never ends.. still not connected nor contacted..what a waste of a company
Month later , still no WiFi reconnection , no follow up , phone call nor email.. does anyone give a damn at Supersonic?????
