Bad customer service at Builders
This branch is useless, never answer their telephone and never responds to email... and if you go to the store... gets the order wrong... i ordered boards and timber, and they cut it wrong unapologetically and delivered the wrong timber in the past... this store needs to close down... they cause too much irrirtation.

MTN does want to cancell my LTE account... after cancelling and returning the modem in the shop, they are still billing my account
MTN does want to cancell my LTE account after letting us jumping through hoops!!! After cancelling and returning the modem in the shop and calling theurbuseless call centre, they are still billing my account. My MTN LTE account was canceled and paid up last month, but MTN is still trying to bill me.

Dont take the MTN Home Internet package, they charged me almost double per month
We took the MTN Home Internet for R500, and MTN charged us R1500 for 2 months!!!! They cant explain why it is R1400 because they say they dont do itemized billing!!

I bought timber at Builders Constantiaberg and 1. They didnt deliver everything I paid for and 2. The timber was such bad quality, the expensive 6m beam was all twisted

After being bounced between 6 agents the last one just disconnects. Fnb should fire all the chat agents, they are all useless, can't help, just forwards you to another agent that asks the same questions the first one did.

FNB is the worst bank
People, run away FROM FNB, it is the worst bank... I have a private clients account and the people don't know what they are doing. Their system is illogical!! And delayed!!! They used to be good, but they are the worst now.
