We had an absolutely terrible experience with Mango airlines when we traveled from Johannesburg to Durban. Firstly, it took almost 25 minutes to board the plane. No explanation was provided by the captain for the delays save and except for that we were delayed, and that it would take 10 minutes for them to load the remainder of the bags on to the plane. Unsurprisingly we sat on the tarmac for approximately 30 minutes more. We left an hour after we were meant to. To make matters worse. While we waited on the tarmac, the aeroplanes aircons didn't work. It was an extremely terrible experience and no explanation in respect of the delay or lack of air conditioning was provided by any of the flight crew. Extremely disappointing.
kia how can you sell vehicles that you dont have spares for the vehicle i have 2 new picantos that have blown gaskets and they need a radiator which are not avaible anywhere in the country even at head office what a dissapointment and inconvenience i hope someone at kia can help me sort this out
Beware of the rings that you buy from them, the stones dont seem to be of a good quality, I purchased a tanzanite ring for my wife, she used it for a week and packed it away as it was loose only to find out that when she wanted to use it again, that the stone has faded, we took it back to the sandton store, the mangeress said she suspects that it was caused by lotion and she needs to send it in to have it checked, a week later, head office also gave the same report that it was due to lotion which is utter nonsense and this all happened within a month and a half of purchase, we have asked them to either refund or exchange the ring and have not heard back from them in the past 3 weeks.
Owner of a mercedes benz glc, beware if you are purchasing one as Mercedes bENZ DOES NOT have spares in stock, I ordered the parts 3 weeks ago and spoke to the manager at Cargo m2 city and was promised the parts on the 31st July, only to find out today that I must still wait another week or more for the parts as it is not here from germany, I am currently using a hired car and this is costing me unneccasary money. we called mercedes benz customer care head office and they say they will take 4 days to get back to me to solve the problem. This service is unacceptable from a so called reputable company.
