Moot towing, and specifically Bobby did an Awesome job of getting my car towed to my house in record time. Bobby arrived before expected. He treated my vehicle as if it was his own and made the whole ordeal much less stressful. Thanks, Bobby for your outstanding service!
A quick shout out to Nonkululeko Phothelwa and Outsurance. Earlier this week I was stranded on the side of the road with a car that suddenly wouldn't start. I called Outsurance and Nonkululeko was ready to help me arrange towing for my vehicle. She was super friendly and kind which is exactly what I needed since I was stranded and suffering from flu. She sent me an sms promising a tow truck in 50 minutes. But to my surprise, the truck arrived in 30 minutes. Thank you Nonkululeko for your Awesome service!
I just want to give a shout out to Pinky Nte from FNB Premier Banking. She really gave outstanding service. And was super calm with me, even although I was worked up. It's not very often one comes across someone who's cool, calm and collected when the person on the other end of the phone is not. Pinky is a real asset to FNB. Her calm demeanor, kindness and s**** in providing top class service in a difficult situation sets the bar high. Her s**** should be used as a measuring staff for all call center staff. Thanks for sorting out my problem quickly, Pinky! You're awesome!
<p>This morning I realised that either my card had been cloned or somehow a syndicated managed to tie my FNB account to my cell number. I immediately called FNB and was put through to a lovely man by the name of Mosela Motloung.</p> <p> </p> <p>He did his required security checks and immediately got going on figuring out exactly what happened. He worked quickly to get everything stopped just incase.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really impressed with the service I got from Mosela. I've had bad experiences with call centres befor but Mosela is exceptional.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for your service Mosela, you're an asset to FNB. I hope it's not too long before you begin climbing the ranks. And a shout out to Mosela's manager for ensuring that his team provide top notch service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done!</p> <p> </p>
<p>After spending hours trying to cancel a credit card and being sent from pillar to post I finally got through to a handful of people at FNB call centre who were willing to help.</p> <p>Marvin Muller, Elise Mohalakane and Mpho Motshwaraeu made my day. They were patient, attentive and explained what needed to be done.</p> <p>Finding call centre agents who are at the level of these exceptional people is like hunting for chicken's teeth. But thankfully they do exisit!</p> <p>They are assets to FNB and imho should be the ones training the call centre staff at FNB, to pass on their super customer care s****s.</p> <p>Thanks so much guys for helping me and most improtantly for ensuring that my issue was resolved to the highest standard.</p>
<p>After a motor vehicle accident our insurance company sent our bakkie to Saturn Auto Body for repairs. Having never been in a vehicle accident I had no idea what to expect. Well, I was wonderstruck by the fantastic service and workmanship from Saturn Auto Body.</p> <p>The kept me updated on the progress of the repairs without me having to do any running around. When a part required for the repairs was delayed they immediately let me know. And worked with our insurance company to get this resolved.</p> <p>When we got our bakkie back we were so happy with the high quality work done. It looked perfect!</p> <p>I also want to give a special thank you to Beverley who was always friendly. She gave me all the info on where things stood and cracked a joke now and then which was a breath of fresh air.</p> <p>Thanks Saturn Auto Body!</p>
<p>In May we were very unfortunate to be involved in an accident involving at least 7 other vehicles. At the scene I contacted Outsurance to find out what info they needed. I was pretty shaken up but the advisor was calm and kind.</p> <p>The following Monday I was contacted by Noxolo Bulongwe, our claims advisor to confirm that our claim had been logged. Nox was amazing, fast and efficient. I never had to call her once to enquire about where things stood, she kept me in the loop via email as our claim progressed.</p> <p>Thank you Noxfor your wonderful service - dealing with you was a breath of fresh air. You made the claims process quick and painless.</p> <p>I also want to give a special shout out to ATANIEL THAVER. He went out of his way to help us out when the part needed to repair our vehicle was delayed. He didn't have to, but he did it anyway. And he did it with a smile.</p> <p>This is the reason we insure with Outsurance and will continue to do so. You really get what you pay for. <p>I'm totally blown away by the stunning service I got from Ford Motor Company SA! But especially from Therea Vika. After starting off not so happy with the service I got from one of the call centre managers, Theresa came to save the day.</p> <p>She went all the way to resolve my issue and kept me up to date every step of the way with via email and phone even if it meant getting in touch after hours.</p> <p>We have always been Ford evangelists and the service I got dealing with Theresa at FMCSA is a testament to why we will always support the brand.</p> <p>Thank you Theresa Vika!
