Had to move my car from Pretoria West to Boksburg. Called in the morning, vehicle picked up before 12 and delivered by 3 Fast and reliable service, collection vehicle was spic and span Henk is a pro Thank you for the good service

Excellent Service
Just wanted to acknowledge the very professional and excellent service received from Henk @ Moot Towing on Sunday 11 July 2021. Had a breakdown that required me to be towed from Roodeplaat to Centurion. Shortly after requesting assistance through Discovery Insure, Henk called me to tell me he was on his way. Didn't have to wait very long, and never had any doubts as to the safety of my vehicle during the tow.

Excellent Service

Had a breakdown that required me to be towed from Roodeplaat to Centurion. Shortly after requesting assistance through Discovery Insure, Henk called me to tell me he was on his way. Roadside Assistance
My vehicle's battery went dead at a shopping mall on Sunday 20th December 2020. My insurance company , Outsurance contacted Moot Towing who immediately made contact with me to come and assist. Chris from Moot Towing kept in regular contact with me to assure me the time of his arrival. His service is absolutely sterling. He got my vehicle safe back at home. I can recommend this company as you will not find better and prompt service elsewhere

Roadside Assistance

Stress-free Towing!
Moot towing, and specifically Bobby did an Awesome job of getting my car towed to my house in record time. Bobby arrived before expected. He treated my vehicle as if it was his own and made the whole ordeal much less stressful. Thanks, Bobby for your outstanding service!

Vir ons anniversary boek ek 'n "romantic couples night" by Marula Sun en oppad soontoe, sonder enige waarskuwings, wat nog lyne op die pad, "vlieg" ons oor 'n ongemerkte speedhump net buite Garankuwa en verloor 2 bande en 'n magg op my kar. Ongelukkig is my kar die soort sonder noodwiel en moes ons so aanploeter tot by naaste vulstasie wat floaded is met die bekende onbekende. Ek skakel my versekring, goeie vriend Steon Theron, en binne sekondes skakel Henk & Chris van Moot Towing my en reel alles. Hul het ons elke 10-minute geskakel om te verseker ons is veilig en op hoogte te hou van hul e.t.a. Die vlak van Klientediens EN omgee vir ons as mense het my opnuut geinspireer om nog harder te werk aan my besigheid se Kliente ervaring. Baie BAIE DANKIE, Steon Theron Eienaar van Steodel Insurance en Henk en Chris van Moot Emergency Towing vir jul flink reaksie, profesionele diens en ons en my kar veilig tuis kry!!!! Ons is ryker en geseend met mense soos jul in ons lewens!!!!

<p>This is to communicate my experiece with Outsurance, Moot Towing and Allen Josh Ford Wonderboom. My vehicle broke down and I made a call to Outsurance for road side assistance. Johan Grimbeek immediately put me at ease. He explained to me what the chain of events will be. Johan arranged for Moot Towing to tow the vehicle to where I reside and for them to tow the vehicle to Allen Josh Ford Wonderboom the next morning. Johan phoned me several times to ensure that i am OK and that everything is going well. Gregory Mashilo from Outsurance contacted me the next morning and again provided excellent service. Moot Towing provided excellent service. Thank you Pieter for your above standard workmanship and support. Thank you guys.</p> <p>At Allen Josh Ford Wonderboom, I was treated with a warm welcome by Antolene Spann. This lady is exceptional. She contacted Shaun Oberhaulzer from the technical workshop. After I explained to Shaun what happened, he immediately diagnosed the problem and took the vehicle to the workshop. Thank you two, you actually took not only my vehicle for repairs but also the stress and heavy load off my shoulders. Antolene and Shaun, people like you are almost extinct.
