<p>This is to communicate my experiece with Outsurance, Moot Towing and Allen Josh Ford Wonderboom. My vehicle broke down and I made a call to Outsurance for road side assistance. Johan Grimbeek immediately put me at ease. He explained to me what the chain of events will be. Johan arranged for Moot Towing to tow the vehicle to where I reside and for them to tow the vehicle to Allen Josh Ford Wonderboom the next morning. Johan phoned me several times to ensure that i am OK and that everything is going well. Gregory Mashilo from Outsurance contacted me the next morning and again provided excellent service. Moot Towing provided excellent service. Thank you Pieter for your above standard workmanship and support. Thank you guys.</p> <p>At Allen Josh Ford Wonderboom, I was treated with a warm welcome by Antolene Spann. This lady is exceptional. She contacted Shaun Oberhaulzer from the technical workshop. After I explained to Shaun what happened, he immediately diagnosed the problem and took the vehicle to the workshop. Thank you two, you actually took not only my vehicle for repairs but also the stress and heavy load off my shoulders. Antolene and Shaun, people like you are almost extinct. <p>I have asked for a quote on motor and household by ATKV@AutoGEN.</p> <p>As part of the tele sale contract, I asked questions and was told that they will come back to me, which never happened - how professional. I then cancelled the policy and asked for proof of cancellation. This was done several times telephonically as well as per e-mail. Needless to say - no response.</p> <p>An amount was deducted from my bank account for the policy. After contacting them, I was told that they did cancel the policy but they don't know why the money was deducted from my account - how convenient. Pay back period is between 7 and 10 working days ...WHY? I have no business with you so give me back my money NOW.</p>
Selldirect contacted me in Non 2015 and offered me a phone with talktime and data for an amount of R129 p/m with Telkom.<br> I told the salesperson that I already have a R99 contract with Telkom. He then said that the R99 contract will be automatically be cancelled and that the R129 contract will commence. A lady from Selldirect phoned me in Jan2016 to activate the new number and I told her that I don't want to change to the new number. She told me that it is a separate contract and that I have to pay the R99 and R129 p/m. Why would I want 2 cell numbers.<br> She said that she will ask for the telephone recording to verify the contract, up to now no reply from Selldirect.<br> They don't even answer their phones at Customer Care. What is wrong with Selldirect. You guys better fix this mess.
An amount of R99 was debited from my account by NAEDO.<br> Standard Bank is suppose to look after my money. This is the second time it is happening with me.<br> Trying to get any information from these people is absolutely a waste.<br> The reference on my account is NAEDO DEBIT NST DBN 50VNB NEW-STAR1510
Trying to contact these .... on the telephone numbers provided is as useless as their service. Apparently they experience high volume of calls...Shame... get more people on your so called Customer Care department. Why don't you experience the same problem (high volume of calls) with your new products @ telly sales department.<br> It is for Altech Netstar best interest to contact me on 082 336 3150 and pse keep your pathetic excuses for your tearoom discussions.
