Incompetent, Unethical and Unprofessional Had to replace our stolen Gate Motor. Didn't keep appointments or communicate effectively, Wanted to be cheap and replace our Gate Motor with a smaller option then lied about it. Had to lay cement on the floor to secure the area, but the mix he made was just sand. Sand he bought from a garden boy in the street and didn't pay him after he promised that he would. The next day, the garden boy came to my house for his money Renier promised him. I asked him to install early the next morning as the open gate is a safety risk he still didn't pitch or respond to my message.
Good day, I recently applied for a car, when the wrong quote was submitted for financing without my consent. The figures was sent for monthly payments which I approved the monthly installment and rate without them disclosing all the figures as I assumed it was the quote we agreed upon and told the consultant to go forward with the transaction via email. The next morning I called to stop the transaction after it was revealed that the wrong quote was submitted and that the end total had increased with a R30 000. The sales person Zani Nieuwoudt still tried to force the deal on me, even sent me accessories cancellation invoices after I instructed them telephonically that I withdrew. I informed the Sales Manager Dean Schewitz that I find this behaviour unethical as not all information was disclosed and that I never signed any contract. I am loading complaints on every complaint internet site, informing you, the Ombudsman and are willing to take legal steps with this mockery. Please assist by addressing this unprofessionalism at Philwest Somerset West Cape Town. Regards Jean

Absolute **** company....and I am trying to use euphenism to express myself. Quick to sign people up....once you are binded with their contract its down hill all the flippen way. Stay FAR.....FAR......FFFAAAAARRRHH AWAY!!! Will just add to your anxiety.
Hx Systems....Lagx Systems yes. Whoever is considering them, pls just go somewhere else, Telkom’s internet is even better then this kak! I signed for a 4meg line and pay R750 per month, during the month a dont even get half the service that I pay for. This kak...they dont even reimburse the days you dont get service....uitgevreet vi geld, Etters!!!!

<p>My husband and I are in the process of buying a house. First Time home owners, after living with my parents for our entire marriage; how exciting, right?</p> <p>The bank couldnt help us with the additional attorney costs and only gave us 70%. After receiving the quote from the MLV Attorneys (7th November), I asked the Estate Secretary Ruth Viljoen if they could assist us with some sort of discount on the quote? (Quote given from her co-worker was R14 661)Explained our situation, etc.</p> <p>Her response was that if they did the Bank and Transfer for our bond they would be able to assist on discount, I insisted as we didnt have a choice; Standard Bank assigned their own attorneys, if we had a choice, we would've chosen them, but we had no choice. We scheduled an appoint on the 15th November (on my birthday) we took off from work and hopefully went to go see their Director Mr Daniel Malan, waited a hour as he was late for our appointment.</p> <p>In the brief meeting (3 minutes long) he said (without even looking at the quotation or file) they wont be able to assist, can't make other peoples problems theirs. We understood and went home.</p> <p>Today (18 November) the Estate Secretary Ruth Viljoen called me to explain that the quotation was incorrect, and there is an additional cost. The quote amount changed from R14661 to R19117 I was shocked and wanted an explaination. Before I could get into the discussion the secretary jumped down my throat not giving my a chance to speak.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am so disgusted. Be warned; dont use Malan Lourens and Viljoen Attorneys in Strand, ever!</p>
<p>My husband and I have settled all our Debt, were proud of ourselves because we are finally DEBT FREE.</p> <p>When we applied for our home loan, we were declined, because even after we queried the flag on my husband's account, they reasured us that it will be removed 14 - 21 working days. That was said in an email MAY MONTH THIS YEAR!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So even if your account is settled, and you have obtained a Paid Up letter, it wont help or change the situation, because Consumer Friend has to Communicate with the Credit Bureau to remove the default....and to get them do do that is the problem.</p> <p>We have called, emailed...yet STILL WAITING!!!</p>

If I was working at the NCR Dc Department, I would not take my salary every month, because I would know that I didnt work for it, therefor I dont deserve to get paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Morris Maluleke... is no help at all. These people dont realise the major role they play when they assist clients?</p> <p>In my life it means giving my family a house of our own.</p>
