What a joke of a supplier. Placed a order on Tuesday with immediate payment on Wednesday morning... It's now Friday with no product in sight for collection, yet the product is in stock with them. The sales team sends you the wrong collection details and there is no way to escalate a issue past the sales team as they refuse to provide a contact number or email address of a manager. If you want your companies name to be pulled through the mud then this is the place that will do it for you in a heart beat. Phoebe our sales person sends us the wrong information on collection details and she is of zero help to try and escalate our issues and only try and push the issue under the carpet. We deal with all the suppliers throughout South Africa and without a doubt this is the top point of terrible service. It's Friday now and after 48 hours the dispatch department can still not package our two items and provide us with a collection number. Please do yourself a favor and rather don't waste your time on this inferior company as they will just give your company a bad reputation.

I must say that my experience with Mustek has been a pleasure. I returned a 1440W inverter that was out of warranty and they repaired the unit free of charge. This will always make me go back to them. The only place they could have improved was to let me know that my unit is fixed and ready for collection. However that is a very minor issue and overall I will always go back to them.
So yesterday I phoned Outsurance for a quote on my car and houshold insurance. After I gave them all my details, they were unable to beat my current insurance by a long shot. They were 30% more expensive and 3 X the access on a like for like basis. At the end I asked about the R400 promotion and I was assured that they will send me a email with all the details. After some time I got a sms with a unique pin. This unique pin has to be entered into their site Once they email you a link that only you can see. However no one sent me a email. Although I did get another promotional email from them shortly after my phone call but nothing about the R400 promo. Searching on the web I can see this is a normal tactic of them not to pay the R400 as a lot of people will just give up. This is false advertising from Outsurance side. My thing is that if they can't even be faithful about a R400 promotion, how on earth can you trust them as your insurance company?
About 2 years ago I moved from Outsurance (Not bashing them) to King Price and I will never look back. As of this writing I had two claims so far and both was handled very professional, quick and without any arguments. I wish all companies can do business on this level. The price is also some of the cheapest in the industry, but when it comes to a claim I can honestly say that they are some of the best there is and do not come with long stories about why they can't sort out your claim. Keep up the good work and thanks once again for the great service.
<p>I have been with Vox for about 2 years now. My data on my ADSL line carries over for 6 months and I have 2.3TB of data that is unused on my account that I have paid for in full. Last week I upgraded my line to fiber and I found that my data does not work on the fiber line. After a lot of phone calls in regards to this I ended up with a manager by the name of Shaun Pretorius. As I explained to him I even though my data doesn't work, can they atleast let me use carry some of my data over to a fiber package with them or let me atleast give my account details to my dad and let him use the data for the 6 months. This manager Shaun Pretorius was of no help what so ever as he kept on telling me if I cancel I will forfeit all my data immediately (the data I already paid for) or I must carry on paing and let my dad use the data... How can you just steal something from someone that they already paid for? It's like paying for your car and at the end of the payments they come and take it back??? I will never deal with this company again. Terrible business practices!!!! </p>
