Went to wimpy Zevenvatch Mall with my friend, when we got there, the lady that checked our temperature didn't even look at us when greeting, fine. We stood there and the lady that welcomed us was mumbling as we couldn't hear a word she was saying, then again we approached the lady that was cleaning a table, we showed her where we want to sit, the rudeness was unbelievable. We felt so unwelcomed. No wonder why the shop is always empty! We walked out
I am struggling to reconnect my account that has been paid but only to find out the insurance for the decoder was never cancelled as per the request in November 2019. The amount due apparently was R165, and I paid R105 on the 21/01/2020 that has resulted to my services being suspended, the on the 25/01/2020 I received an sms that I must pay R110 to reconnect my account, which I did on the following day. I waited the whole day but the suspension was never lifted. I sent the proof of payment and got ref no but nothing happened. I sent an email to Help desk, I sent a message on fb and I made another call to a very rude agent who told me that it was not her fault that I made a short payment. Even after all the heartach I went through the services are still not resumed.

Yesterday I went to Clicks Bellville Central, Western Cape to buy a pressed powder, I also decided to buy a setting spray from smudge but I saw Maybelline's setting spray at R69.99. When i went to the till it scanned R169.99. I told the cashier that it's R69.99 as the price was there on shelf : LASTING FIX setting spray 69.99". I went to double check though I was sure, yhooo!!! Security lady came and was like "no no no thats not the price" followed by a manager, that was extremely rude. I took the pic for proof. As I want that spray for that amount now because of their stinking attitude towards customers
Saturday night 2/03/2019 around 9pm, I dropped off my 7 years old daughter with my 3 nieces(17 , 10 , 3 years old) , my 6 years old in Cape Town International airport to celebrate a birth of their friend who turned 15 years . The purpose was to go to Spur as but it was already close, that time I was already left as I was rushing back home to my clients. When I got home I received a call from my kids telling me its closed at Spur, I then told them to go to Wimpy as I know they don't close there, they said okay. Few minutes birthday girl called me crying, she told me that they were chase away by some lady who was mopping and told them to go away the floor is wet. I told them to go back as I know wimpy does not close. Apparently went back, and that is when my 10 years old nice called me crying as well telling me that ladies at wimpy are calling them names, that they looked funny, that the made fun about them, they said they were even more hurt when some "white" folks went as far as taking pictures of them as they looked so lost. My kids were so traumatized they called me to come and fetch them because the staff at Wimpy is making fun of them. They were not even offer any menu or shown where to be seated. They told me eventually some lady name Thumeka came to assist them. My kids went there to have supper and to have fun but instead they were traumatized with a very BAD TREATMENT as if they were some sort of HOBOS who went there to BEG. The staff there forgets that those kids are contributing to their income, the money that they spent the is their SALARY. I am beyond IRATE. I don't even know what was funny because my kids are BEAUTIFUL and they dress very WELL . That is the 2nd incident happening at WIMPY CAPE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. The other day it was me because i ordered 4 different meals and as I ordered for my siblings who were still at Mugg & Bean, they were whispering saying all funny things about me as they thought all that food was for me, the other one came and said, "yhuuu maam you must be hungry to order this whole food, and I just said yes I have not had anything to eat for the whole week.

Month end of July was account was debited with an amount of R429, I reversed it and month end of August it was R99 and I reversed the amount as well. Now this morning I receive an email, telling me that I will b issued a letter of demand. I never agreed on giving them my money, instead I needed money, how can they have a nerve of debiting my money without my consent? Now they are indebting me. For what? They must stop posing like loan providers. They are totally deceiving scams</span></p>
