Had the most majestic stay at the Taj Hotel in Cape Town! This was nothing short of phenomenal! Definitely 5 star treatment from beginning to end!! Highly recommend a night in this hotel. The Taj, you have taken my breath away with your valet parking, friendly and helpful staff, spectacular views, indoor heated swimming pool, unforgettable bathrooms, magnificent ****tails, breathtaking breakfasts and fantastic attention to detail especially with the personalized welcome message on the tv. This is one "staycation" I wont be forgetting!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! ❤ A very happy, satisfied customer!!

Such disgusting behaviour from this company! Do not believe that they will return your deposit of R8000, as they inform you only afterwards that the terms in the contract changes. Also, they have no back up plan with regards to load shedding, even if you ask about it, they show you a generator, however the thing doesnt work. I had a wedding with almost 3 hours of no power at night. Guests were served cold food and speeches, cutting of the cake, garter and bouquet throw was all done in darkness then they had the nerve to refund only half of the deposit!!!!!
Carl / Mic and Petronella are conning people. They ask for large amounts as deposits and then disappear after being paid. They only completed half of my nutec place, I had to do the rest myself and they were paid in full. It's disgusting the way these people operate. I have done legal investigations on this company and they not even registered even though they claim to be. They don't give people their correct names and they use the cheapest material possible. Whatever you do, do not ever use Nutec Home Builders Barewood Close in Blackheath.
<p>So due to me not eating the entire day, I stopped at McDonalds n1 city on my way home from work. I ordered a burger but asked for the sauce used on the Grand chicken Spicey which they told me I had to pay extra for, I gladly did. I then went home to eat my burger, to find there was absolutely no sauce on it. I took one bite and could hardly swallow it. I then decided to get back into my car, drive all the way back there and inform them of the issue. I explained the issue to them, and their response was "okay we will give you one with sauce" almost as if it's a favour that they are doing for me. I then took my burger which was given by the manager and went home. (If anyone can trace the manager on duty, it was about 6 30pm, 27/06/2017) A few moments after arriving at home I opened my burger, to find that there was absolutely no patties on my burger. Macdonalds literally gave me a bun with only the sauce on it. <br />I'm disgusted in n1 city McDonalds. Definitely not buying there again!!! It's understandable that people make mistakes but to ***** up twice, and this badly is downright spiteful and / or negligent!
<p>My very first accident happened roughly two months. I wasn't entirely sure as to how to go about with the insurance claim, I then contacted momentum and they gave me step by step guidance on what to do. Before I knew it they had quotes for my vehicle and had a day to have it booked in. I took my vehicle in and a week and a half later I was told my car was ready. I arrived at the panel beater to find that roughly 6 or so things were included that the insurance had cleared as well. I was completely blown away by the service of momentum. Nevash Packiri was the advisor that assisted me, I emailed him to thank him for his support, thinking it was a weekend and I wouldn't receive a reply but he replied a few hours later, still asking if I needed any more assistance that I shouldn't hesitate to contact him. In all honesty, I haven't been a fan of insurance companies because of the nightmare of stories I have heard. I do however feel that a very traumatic experience of having my car smashed and struggling with issues was all minimized due to the efficiency of momentum. I definitely will not change insurance companies as this by far was the most hands on I have ever felt a company was. Well done guys!! Definitely a thumbs up from me!! </p>
