I recently downgraded my package recently due to a reduction in my salary. Yesterday my Fibre stopped working. I have spent R200 in airtime and still I'm waiting. They do not even call a customer back or even chat on the chat service. You guys customer service is pathetic. If I downgraded due to affordability where the **** am I going to get more money for airtime. Which means I'll pay for a service that I will not be receiving. Why is it so hard to get hold of your technical department, why can you not call customers back. Is there any isp out there that can actually provide a great service all round.
I have laid a complaint with the ombudsman regarding Discovery Medical aid, last year. To this date no person from the ombudsman has feedbacked me. Are their jobs to protect consumers or just go in the office to get paid. Seems like the norm now in SA. Why do they have a complaints department is no one assists the public. Pathetic service from a department that is supposed to be for the South African consumers
My internet went down. I tried calling mweb atleast 30 times, recharging almost R200 in airtime. The calls keep on cutting when they transfer you. Why is their after sales care so pathetic. Mweb used to be great at sales and service.... sadly that is not the case. Anyone that knows of a ISP that can provide internet with great service.
In my opinion Discovery medical aid should rather focus on their banking rather than peoples health. My wife was supposed to have been admitted into hospital on the 22nd of March 2022 and today is the 28th March 2022 STILL NO AUTHORIZATION. APPARENTLY ITS SITTING AT THE STANDARDS DEPARTMENT. They have requested information from our Gp and specialists already and they still waiting to make a decision. Both our previous GP past away and we have been seeing another gp fromm 2020 and this is still no good enough. SHOULD MY WIFE BECOME PARYLISED DUE TO THEM NOT ADMITTING HER I QILL TAKE ON DISCOVERY HEALTH. ****ING RIDICULOUS PROCEESS FROM DISCOVERY. I DONT BELIEVE ANYONE SHOULD GO WITH DISCOVERY AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLES HEALTH.
Discovery health is nothing but a poor standard medical aid. My wife is on it and she has to wait 6 days for the standards department to either come back and tell us if she can go to hospital or not. What a ****pie process. I personally am trying a different medical aid which is Bonnitas and They are great at what they do. No co payments at all when I had an medical issue AND NO BULL ABOUT STANDARDS DEPARTMENT, they simply just authorized my procedure. Why is there always issues with Discovery who supposed to be the market leader. ****pie Customer Service
My daughter completed her schooling g at Northlands Girls High in Duran north. We have been trying for over a month to get a proper recommendation letter from the school as my daughter has applied to study in South Korea. The school sends me a very unprofessional 3 line letter to use. How can this institution send a 3 line recommendation for a pupil. Well I guess everything rises and falls upon leadership and Cleary the leader of this school does not give a damn as he has not taken a single call of mine and when a time was given to me by his not so clued up PA he went into a meeting. So its easy for educators to mess up a learners life. I'm not going to let this go as my kids future is to important.

I would like to thank the Super Auto team in Cornubia for their excellent service and advise. During the looting my vehicles windscreen was damaged however the owner took it upon himself to have it replaced. That is going the extra mile. Thank you Feroz and team. I purchased mcd through Mr delivery and found a Chinese till slip in my meal. I have different answers from most. The store tells me that it was from the gloves they use. HEAD OFFICE apparently did an investigation and says it's not possible for a piece of paper to be in the meal. The bunch of ridiculous idiots trying to pass blame. Mr Delivery does not prepare your meals... you do. So take accountability. The response from McDonald's is below. As such, how this paper with Chinese writing ended up in the burger is not clear but we can advise that after our investigation, we do not consider that its origin was from McDonald’s. We have also noted that the meal was delivered to you via Mr. D. Also, the store personnel have verified that the products used to prepare your meal were up to standard and within their expiry dates. Furthermore, no other incidents of this nature have been reported. We have also been in receipt of the food preparation process and can advise that per the methods used, it is not possible for a piece of paper to end up within a burger. Although we regret any inconvenience that the incident caused, McDonald's South Africa cannot accept liability.
