I would like to thank the Super Auto team in Cornubia for their excellent service and advise. During the looting my vehicles windscreen was damaged however the owner took it upon himself to have it replaced. That is going the extra mile. Thank you Feroz and team. Will recommend you guys to everyone I know.

3 years ago I took my car to super auto Centre to attend a "Drivetrain" malfunction. I was charged R49 526.00 to do the repairs as per the invoice. The car ended up being at super auto centre for closed to 3 months. On the 10th of July 2018 I got the car back and fully paid the R49 526.00 2 minutes after driving the car, the "drivetrain" malfunction popped up again. I called the garage immediately and they said I should continue driving the car, that "drivetrain" caution will disappear. I was totally confused cause that drivetrain caution sign was the main reason I brought the car to them yet that sign is still popping up. That happened on a Friday, they said I should bring back the car to them on the coming Monday, that same Friday I started smelling a burning coming from the engine, as I open the bonnet to cause, there was a piece of plastic which was melting out due to the heat. So for my safety and other motorists safety I called a professional to do a diagnostic test, which he did. When I took the car back to super auto Centre on Monday the owner (Feroz) said they won't fix my car because I've involved a 3rd party yet they couldn't fix my car for 3 months. So I ended up with a car that's not fixed, R49 526.00 down the drain and ironically the garage is RMI and MIQ approved. I paid the required amount for RMI to intervene as I being robbed and abused, till this day I haven't received any feedback from RMI. MIQ replied to my complaint after a couple of months and they replied with a wrong complaint case. I even tried to involve lawyers but due to financial difficulties I couldn't continue. We all think RMI is there to protect us as clients but sometimes they side with robbers. I was robbed of R49 526.00 plus R350 RMI fees plus R4000 lawyer fees plus 3 months of not having a car. I don't wish that to happen to anyone especially if you're a new car owner I almost went into depression but this is the reality of our country.

SUPERAUTO Umhlanga ..Feroz is extremely knowledgable and runs a very tidy professional business/workshop. Be it annual service or major repair .. i cannot recommend this Centre highly enough.

Thanks Mark (best sales man ever) you went above and beyond in getting me the parts I needed. It is such a pleasure to know that I can get the correct spares and friendly service from knowledgeable people, and the advice is free.

I have a complaint against Super auto center in Durban. My vw tiguan was taken for an alternator replacement and my Raylite 2019 battery was changed to a Raylite 2014 battery. I hadn't noticed it was swapped until the battery had died and I had to take my battery back to battery centre because it was under warranty but when I got to battery centre they informed me that the battery is not the battery they sold to me and it had been swapped so the only place my vehicle had been for repairs was super auto center in Durban the person that assisted us was Feroz . So my vehicle is now stuck and I have no battery . I went back to Feroz at super auto center and he informed me that his not sure if the batteries was swapped and if it was than it could be gone in another vehicle. This is unacceptable so whose going to resolve my issue now. As an Rmi dealer how could such a big mistake be made my 2019 brand new battery was swapped for a Raylite 2014 battery And he told me to contact Rmi and complain which I did but still no response I now have a vehicle that's not mobile due to this theft that took place but no one seems to take responsibility. I need to take this up further.

Received accurate professional advise and friendly service. Also very competitive in pricing in comparison to 2 other quotes. I collected my BMW Z4 in perfect condition with all concerns resolved effectively and efficiently.

Most Unprofessional Bosch Centre Called Super Auto Centre My first and last experience with Super Auto centre based in 124 Sandile Tulsi Road , Durban. I booked my car in for a diagnostic and spoke to a man named Feroz. He assured me that they would be able to diagnose my car as they are A Bosch Centre and will inform me step by step with regards to why my engine of my car was making a noise. Without any permission or authorization from me, Feroz then started stripping and so called repairing my car. Evashni who misleads every customer and tells them if they have a warranty, Super Auto can work within the warranty but she lies. For eight weeks I as the customer had to call Evashni and Feroz... all they could say is they are still busy with it. No quotation was sent to me before the repair however Evashni was very quick to ask my warranty to pay them out even thou I didn’t have my car. After going to visit them to check on my car...I found my car stripped in pieces without my permission. Feroz refused to come and see me, instead sent a Hitman to threaten Myself and My brother. They assured me that the next week the car will be ready. Evashni at no point called me to tell me the cost of the repair. On the 31 October 2018 I went to fetch my car, evashni very quickly called My warranty which paid Super Auto out R30000, after they refused to give me the car and started demanding and additional R26000. Feroz claimed the bill was R56000 and I question him about why couldn’t he inform me before the repair...apparently he does this all his customers where he always repaired without a quotation and holds back customers car and demands and tries to extort so much of money. After finding out that the name of his business is actually SSS FITMENT CENTRE T/A SUPER AUTO who is owned by Sumaya Kadher. I also found out that Super Auto isn’t a Bosch Centre and that he is fronting as a Bosch Centre. I informed BOSCH SOUTH AFRICA. I also lodged a complaint with Motor Industry Ombudsman. A week later Robin Naidoo from RMI who is supposed to be a neutral party contacted me...Robin insisted I withdraw my complaint from ombudsman then only he can mediate this problem, he didn’t listen to my side of my complaint...what a joke from RMi who supposed to have a Code of Conduct to follow yet tries to threaten a customer to drop complaints instead of finding a solution. Robin Naidoo a consumer specialist from RMI Durban is a Biased man. There’s so many other people who has faced the same problem from Super Auto as me. All positive comments about Super Auto on hellopeter is posted by Super Auto themselves. Feroz has a fake profile on Linked in saying his name is Feroz Hassan and is the owner of Super Auto so if you have a legal case against him, you would charge a person by the name of Feroz Hassan but his real Name is Feroz Sayed. It has costed me thousands of rands just to get to work and back for over 10 weeks as Feroz is still holding my car. How can Bosch South Africa have their signage on Super Auto Board on 124 Sandile Tulsi Road, durban? Is this how Bosch South Africa affiliates itself with frauds and thieves. Is this how RMI appoints their consumer specialists who doesn’t even bother to hear the customers side but sides with their member and accepts this type of business. I still do not have my car as it’s in Possession with SSS FITMENT CENTRE T/A Super Auto.
