Parcel has not been delivered a weeks after expected delivery date. NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL CALL BACK BUT THEY DONT. THEY GIVE ME A CASE REF NUMBER STATING TAKES 24 HOURS TO INVESTIGATE. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS WITH NO HELP OR RESPONSE. CALL CENTER STAFF SOUND LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO WORK AT ALL . THEY OFFER NO ASSISTANCE.
The worst service you can receive from a courier company. I have signed up my business with fast way to deliver my clients packages , from day 1 they have been giving me endless issues , they outsourced driver don't care to collect parcels , they driver are rude to customers when delivering , parcels are sent to all different incorrect depo, when you call for assistance they just keep cutting the calls, absolutely no person is willing to assist with any queries. How does a huge company continue to operate in this manner.
The worst customer service when you book accommodate online as a normal customer. I booked a weekend as a normal customer but they booked it as an mvg card holder I obviously didn't because I don't have the card number so I paid the price the system gave me . I receive an email stating I was priced incorrectly I tried on several attempts to get response from they customer service but they don't respond but they have my deposit. For a huge company I don't understand this level of service.
I BOUGHT A CHERY TIGGO 7 IN APRIL 2023 FROM CHERY DURBAN CENTRAL IN UMGENI ROAD . 2024 JANUARY I NOTICED BEHIND MY FRONT TIRES A PART IS STARTING TO RUST BADLY , NOW THIS VEHICLE IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD AND WAS BOUGHT CASH FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. KNOWING ITS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE I VISITED THE DEALERSHIP TO INFORM THEM ABOUT THIS ISSUE , THE SERVICE MANAGER VIEWED IT AND WASNT SURE SO HE TOLD ME HE WILL TAKE PICTURES AND SEND IT TO THEY HEAD OFFICE TO CHECK , 1 WEEK LATER I RECEIVED NO REPLY SO I CALLED AGAIN AND HE TELLS ME THAT ITS A WEAR AND TEAR ON THE VEHICLE HOW CAN A BRAND NEW VEHICLE PICK UP RUST SO FAST , HE SAYS THEY AS A DEALERSHIP CANT DO ANYTHING AND THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY TO HELP. HE TELLS ME THAT THE VEHICLES ARE MADE LIKE THAT SO BASICALLY TELLING ME ITS CHEAPLY MADE KNOWING I PAID CLOSE TO HALF A MILLION CASH FOR IT. THIS DEALERSHIP CHERY DURBAN CENTRAL HAS THE WORST AFTER SERVICE CARE ONCE THE SALE IS DONE YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT GETTING ANY HELP FROM THEM.
The worst company to deal with I took the cartrack for my 2 vehicles...when the agent called me they said it's a 2 year contract so this September it will reach 2 years so I sold 1 of my vehicles and requested to cancel and pay the balance that was due for a few months left but when I called they tell me that it's a 3 year contract...unbelievable...now I must pay to remove the device from my old vehicle instead of them just canceling...they put me on a 3 year contract without my consent I asked for the voice recording they saying they don't keep records wow...they such a scam
The worst experience I have an account with courier guy for so many years and I run my small business using they service, so yesterday they driver did a collection at my property and because it was 3 parcels which we labeled with customers names to tally with the waybills so you don't make a mistake but they new driver goes and makes a mistake and mixes my parcels with it being sent to different customers so they waybills he mixed up, I call courier guy so many time but they keep making excuses that the driver says he didn't make a mistake now obviously he will say that would he blame himself, when we provided proof to show we have put labels with customers names and he mixed it up but courier Durban operations is insisting on not resolving an issue caused by a new employee.
I purchased a defy fridge from makro CORNUBIA The fridge was unpacked and it has a yellow note inside that says the fridge was a repaired unit. I'm so frustrated with that service how can you send a customer a refurbished fridge. What kind of service is makro providing.
Game store has the worst after sales customer service I have purchased a hisense fridge from them it's under warranty, my fridge has stopped working and all my food items was spoilt ,I have been calling the Game stores numerous times going over 2 weeks and they have excuses everyday . I have paid alot for this fridge but Game store doesn't care to even send a technician to check up . Service delivery from Game staff is unacceptable.
NEDBANK IS THE WORST BANK TO DEAL WITH THEY LACK OF ASSISTANCE IN A FRAUDULENT CASE HAS SHOCKED ME AS TO HOW UNSAFE PEOPLES MONEY IS WITH NEDBANK. I HAD CASH TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT VIA A UNKNOWN CELLPHONE NUMBER WHEN I CALLED NEDBANK TO TRACK THIS PAYMENT THEY MADE NO ATTEMPTS TO HELP ME THEY MADE ME WAIT ON CALLS FOR OVER 3 HOURS ,THAN THEY APPARENTLY ESCALATED THE MATTER AND NOW ITS GONE 12 HOURS AFTER STILL NO RESPONSE. I CALLED BACK TO THE CALL CENTER FRAUD DEPARTMENT THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL THEY CANT ANSWER BASIC QUESTIONS. I HAVE BANKED WITH THEM FOR OVER 8 YEARS BUT THEY HAVE NO LOYALTY TO CUSTOMERS.
Telkom is by far the worst telecommunications company I have been billed for LTE internet that never works it cuts of continously . Telkom had changed my packages several times but still can't find proper coverage I am in a 4G area but telkom still has major coverage issues . I have MTN that doesn't have issues with coverage but telkom continously has issues but they still charging me every month for a service they not providing , I called several different departments at telkom but they customer service is extremely poor.
