I am compelled to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent takeaway experience I had with George’s Grill House. As a loyal customer who frequently enjoys their signature beef ribs, I was shocked to discover that the quality of the dish was severely compromised when prepared for takeaway. The unacceptable state of the food upon arrival, despite a considerable travel time, raises significant concerns about the kitchen's quality control processes for off-premise orders. Given the consistently high standards I've experienced during dine-in visits, where issues would be promptly addressed, I fear that the takeaway service may not be held to the same rigorous standards. This incident has not only tarnished my perception of the restaurant but also made me question the reliability of recommending it to others. I hope that the management will take immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure consistency across all service channels.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received with Admyntec (MTN Claims) regarding my cellphone repair. Over the past two months, I've been battling to get my phone fixed, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The process has been slow. I've had to repeatedly explain the problem and provide my details, which is not only annoying but also a waste of my time. The issue is very simple; my phone wont connect to the internet at all. I have requested that they collect my cellphone for repair, but shockingly, I've yet to receive a response or follow up. At this point, I would not recommend them to anyone.
George’s Grill House in Linksfield really did me dirty today. I ordered an Freezochine for take-away, as usual after gym… when I get to the car, it was poring and I just wanted to get home, I see that the cup has been reused. I’m definitely not ordering this as a takeo-away anymore… Really disappointed
Cashbuild Sontonga mall has the worst staff. You get sent from post to pillar as if everyone doesn’t know what you’re talking about. Moreover, you have to pay the glass cutter in cash, separate from the stores cashier. Honestly the worst service
It unfortunate that I even have to give one star to KFC Jansen Park. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes after I spoke to Sindiswa who told me that she didn’t know whether the kitchen had fillets for my double crunch burger, she then asked me to proceed to the next window without any feedback. When I reached the next window, there was no apology or explanation as to why I had to wait so long… as if that wasn’t bad enough, I get to the next window where I’m in full view of the kitchen and the staff had no gloves on while preparing meals. That is completely unacceptable! Ps. I took a video of the incident
On the 26th of October, money was taken from my account. I wasn’t aware of of this until the next day when I wanted to buy data on my banking app. I called bank and my fear of fraud was confirmed and my card was stopped. Later on, I went to the bank,Sam Ntuli Mall, in the the branch so as to get a clearer understanding of what’s going on… I explained my issue and was told that they can make a new card for me, however, investigating the matter will be at a charge of R160 per transaction!!??? So as a client of Capitec Bank, I have to pay them to investigate fraud in my account? How does that even make sense? So my money was taken from my account and I still have to pay for the bank to do their job! I’m so disappointed and will be closing my account.
I went to Westpack Lifestyle in Boksburg this morning to buy balloons and have them inflated. 2 hours later the balloons are almost completely flat, their service was poor and I am not surprised that my balloons are flat given the service I had. I’m so disappointed that the balloons that were meant for my birthday are a failure.
