What a disaster!!! Save your money!!!
What a disaster, No proper business service communication. Till today I have not received my order of 27 Nov 2020 and they keep saying the have delivered but cannot tell me to who or which address they delivered to. They reply midnight on their whatsAPP line. Got a reply from jenniffer@sneakerbrothers.co.za <alkahdesigns@gmail.com> asking me about my order number, its been 6 days she never replied. I think i can say I lost my R1200

Knows the Products the service is offering
<p> </p> <p>I was claiming for my excess money on policy number: EXSA ********** . I spoke to 3 consultant who did not know the product “EXCESS BOOSTER” at all. But they failed to tell me or transfer me to the right department instead they have me send them the proof of payment and then do nothing about it . As I do a follow up it’s a new process all over again, unti I asked for Zelda Fitzpatrick since she was the one who sold me a product and she made magic in one day and the following the money was in.</p> <p>Futher it was not impressive for the other consultant not to know what they are selling, they need training. A big thank you to Zelda though.</p> <p> </p>

Excellent Service
<p>I would like to thank Lizette Van As for a wonderful service I received from her in my 3 months waiting period for my car to be fixed. Lizette provided me with an update every 2nd day on the parts of the car and explained the process over and over on every call she made to me. There was no need for me to contact them. Thanks to Automagic technician my car looks new and am loving it every day</p>

Excellent Service
<p>I would like to thank Maria Maleka from Kempton Park Festival Mall for handling such a number of customer after the business hours for the weekend. She was very active and every client that was assisted by her came out smelling. I was the last one I could have left because when I came in every consultant was with one customer for more than one to two hours and Maria was the only one who kept me there because she was working the queue.</p>
