Cases opened, documentation forwarded more than 3 times, endless phone calls, various fights.. No ****ing use. MTN ignores you, they don't give a **** about anything and their fraud department & legal department is the biggest joke and I have no idea how they earn their salaries. I've gone to great lengths to obtain evidence and docs to help me prove that I did not open contracts on my name while I live in ****ing Centurion and the contracts were opened in Tzaneen. Yet, nothing. They didn't even bother to investigate and the email address for the fraud department doesn't even go through. HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE MTN with everything in me and I can't wait for the day all my ties with them are cut. Anyone reading this, take my advice and steer very clear of MTN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>On 5 May 2017, SOMEONE ELSE opened three new cellphone contracts on MY ID NUMBER, MY NAME AND USED MY BANKING DETAILS, I was not informed of this until 1 JULY 2017. The consultant informed me to send her an affidavit, certified copy of my ID and my bank statements to show the amounts that were deducted. I did so on 7 July 2017 and have not received ANY response whatsoever. I was just on the phone for 26 MINUTES and spoke to 5 DIFFERENT people and NOT 1 could assist me, because NOTHING was added onto the account stating that it is a fraudulent account!! MTN is THE MOST PATHETIC and USELESS company I've ever come across!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The consultant I spoke to lastly, told me that she'll send an email to the original person whom I sent the documentation to, whoop doody doo what the **** is another email going to help if they didn't even respond to the previous ones I've sent a week ago????????? Now I must follow up again in 48 hours if I've not heard anything as yet??????????? This is absolute BULL****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am the victim here and I am being treated like a ****ing idiot because nobody understands the basics: ACCOUNTS WERE OPENED ON MY NAME WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate MTN and wish to never in my life have anything to do with them again after this mess is resolved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They better ****ing fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>For months now, the debit order for my gym fees have been successfully deducted from my bank account. But each time I want to go the gym, I am denied access because the system shows that I haven't paid. I've shown the managers at Eco Park my bank statements as proof of the debit order, but they still won't allow me to enter the gym??? This is absolutely absurd!!!! We expect more from Virgin Active!! Please sort this **** out or refund my money!!!!!!!! </p>

<p>Long story short, King Price deducted amounts incorrectly, and are now refunding the bank charges incurred by myself. A great big thank you to Thimicah Lingoomiah for assisting me all the way and providing prompt feedback! :) Keep up the good work!</p>
<p>I have been struggling to add my W rewards card onto my online account, as it does not want to accept the OTP, the screen only loads and then freezes. I phoned the customer service centre, and spoke to a lady who I didn't get the name of, but definitely has no business working at Woolworths as she was of absolutely no assistance. She only told me to refresh the page. It still didn't work. Then she told me to refresh the page again after I told her not to talk to me as if I'm stupid. I work for an IT company and I am not retarted I know when a website has a technical error. So please see your telephone records to trace who this rude and useless woman was that just told me to "refresh". The number I dialed from is ********** </p>
<p>I've been with MTN since July 2016. </p> <p>And this is the 4th time that my service just magically disappears.</p> <p>I then sit without being able to call, sms, WhatsApp, email.. Nothing. For two hours or more.</p> <p>And when I try to phone them on 141 "we are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment" </p> <p>I fail to see why that is my problem????????????? </p> <p>MTN is the most incompetent cellphone network I've ever seen and I honestly cannot wait to upgrade to move my contract to ANY other network service provider!!!!!! </p> <p>PATHETIC!!! </p> <p> </p>
<p>One of their delivery men were just here this morning at our office to deliver a large package for one of our female employees. </p> <p>She asked him to please carry the package downstairs to her car as she can’t carry it alone.</p> <p>He hesitated and complained that he has to walk up and down the stairs in a very rude manner.</p> <p>Our employee had to hold the door open and ask him various times to please carry the package for her, he still hesitated and eventually picked it up.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very unproffesional and quite unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>I suggest that you review to your employees what customer service should be like, because you do not treat a woman, nor a customer this way.</p>
<p>I bought a tie from markham, I took it back and requested a refund. The assistant at the counter told me that they don't have cash so they will refund the money on my debit card. He swiped my card and printed out the slips for me, but it is a day later and the money has not reflected in my account whatsoever. Now I am left without the tie as well as the amount. I've tried phoning the number ********** about 7 times this morning, but have received no answer, and the customer service accused me of my line being faulty. but the connection had an error on their side. This is unacceptable and I want my money bac****!</p>
<p>First time I ordered a delivery and added extra feta to my salad, when it came, there wasn't any feta!!!!! The driver was sent with the feta afterwards, but I was so upset I didnt enjoy my meal at all.</p> <p>Second time, I ordered a Shape Breakfast of which one of the primary ingredients is MUESLI, when I received it, there was no muesli whatsoever!!!!!!</p> <p>I phoned the wimpy ad spoke to the manager AGAIN who only said sorry and then said that they will send the driver with the muesli.</p> <p>The jogurt and fruits were already very watery by the time the muesli came!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So disappointed and will not likely use this Wimpy again!</p>
