My review is specifically aimed at Factorie in Canal Walk. I love this store. Always checking what they have online and on their social media. Was so excited to go there for some birthday shopping. Took over 9 items to try on. And took about 5 items to buy. As I was walking out of dressing room with my three year old daughter, I asked the store clerk if she can take the garments from me that I am not purchasing. She looked me dead in the eye and told me to put the items back where I found them. She then walked away from me with a major attitude banging closed the dressing room I just came out of. I walked to the front to pay and asked the guy at the till what I should do with my items and he said to put it on the side for someone to pack away. I am absolutely shocked at the treatment I received. What kind of service is this. It dampens my whole mood toward Factorie as a whole. Check in on your store clerks. This kind of service is disgusting.
I am really disappointed in this experience. I found a product I was looking for for quite some time and a good price. I paid for it, and received my invoice and payment notification immediately. Waited over 10 working days, and decided to email them because I received nothing yet. They responded saying "Please note the item mentioned is out of stock." WHAT THE HELL? Why take my money without the item in stock? This is a complete ripoff. They then proceeded to ask for my banking details to process a refund. Best believe if I don't receive my refund, I will go on all platforms and make sure everyone knows this site is a ripoff!
The business i work for uses Connected Space, as they were situated next to our practice and offered a great internet deal suitable to what we needed. As soon as they moved out of our building, the issues started. Internet would switch on and off randomly, some mornings there would be no connection at all. Besides those issues, dealing with them over the phone is a nightmare. Not only is their customer service horrible and hostile, they refuse to help and blame it on 'technical issues' and no apology whatsoever! How our business is supposed to run without internet, Connected Space couldn't care less to even notify their clients that they are experiencing technical difficulties. Please don't offer a Whatsapp help service also when someone replies ions later. Reading other Hello Peter reviews on you guys just confirms it all as well!
We spent one evening at this boutique hotel, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The occasion was my husband's birthday. We were greeted by the receptionist and she was wished as well, we also received a glass of apple juice as a warm welcome. Check in was swiftly done and we were shown to our room. Room and view from room was amazing facing the pool and mountains. Very serene. Our room had complimentary cupcakes and a stocked bar fridge. We made use of the jacuzzi and it was clean along with the rest of the resort. Our stay was impeccable. The only issue i think was the slight hostility we were greeted with at the buffet breakfast by the other hotel guests. They looked at us like we were in the wrong place. The hotel obviously have no control over their guests. Apart from that, we will definitely return for another stay.
Had a first consultation at this dentist office in Cape Town CBD. The only good experience of it was the politeness of the dental assistants. Once i went into consultation with Dr Sarembock, he spoke in a very cold manner, almost condescending towards me regarding the work that i needed done, and i was left with a feeling of anxiousness, anger and ill treatment. As someone who loves the dentist, and has no fears going to one, i was left feeling extremely bad about myself. I understood i had a fair amount of work done, but to be spoken to in such a bad manner, i will never recommend anyone to visit there.
Clicks: Golden Acre Branch, Cape Town, CBD: I was about to purchase a hairdryer on sale, and the cashier informed me to bring my old hairdryer back for an exchange as the older one was only 5 months old. I went back to Clicks with the old hairdryer the very next day, only to be told by management that this was not possible and that they would not help me at all! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO COMMUNICATE PROPERLY AND NOT WASTE A CUSTOMERS TIME AS YOU GUYS HAVE DONE WITH ME! The Manager, Melissa, showed little to no remorse when spoken to, and apologized with hostility.
Called Dr Smith's office regarding information needed. Receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. She actually mocked me at some point. The information i needed was not a reason for her to lose her cool or telephonic etiquette. This was an extremely offensive and brash way to speak to anyone for that matter.
I needed a bite plate made by my dentist and Medshield required a motivational letter and quotation in order to approve this process. I sent through what was required on the 19th September and i am STILL waiting for an answer (today is the 11th October!) Just after this, i needed to add my daughter as a beneficiary and they got on to doing that as quick as possible. Yet STILL NOTHING REGARDING MY BITE PLATE and my jaw has deteriorated significantly and gotten so much worst. Very quick to add members but no follow through on other matters. Very unhappy!
<p>I signed up with Medshield just after I got married, as they are affordable and their plans and agents seemed promising. One agent came to see me in order to explain the different plans. He made promises that Medshield Mediphila plan would cover my specific contraception (as it is really expensive out of pocket), and gynaecologist visits in case i were to fall pregnant, and that it would cover a lot of my medication as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>This plan doesn't cover any medication from pharmacies when ever i get ill, doesn't cover my contraception, and i just recieved a bill from my gynaecologist as well that needs to be settled BY MYSELF! </p> <p> </p> <p>Seriously angry and not impressed at all with the difficulty this medical aid has put me through. Where is the money going that i pay every month ??? </p>
