I was at Mc Donald's...
I was at Mc Donald's biche acres mall and the service that I have received from the lady named Tsholo who was taking orders was so bad and offending..despite the fact that they did not have lettuce and frieds was not good.. I asked her if she can alternate with someone else and her response was so rude and that time I was buying via drive thru.. She told me I should have check by their entrance door to see that the fries and lettuce are not there.. It was around 6 to 7pm and Andrew Mapheto street. Had so much traffic and then receive bad service.. I even took a video when she was acting all rude and disrespectful.. Im so disappointed with Tsholos behavior.. I went to Nockem park Mc Donald's and received the best service.

I went to Ackermans biche acres mall +27119246168 and I received the best service from the lady with dreads Mpho in ***s department. I wanted a jacket and there was only one on the floor and the other customer already took it, so Mpho didn't say that's the last one like other shops say, she went at the stockroom and came back with different sizes to choose from and I was impressed with what she did.. She is so patient and make you feel calm and even fetched the basket for the customers that were in the department... I must say, we still have people who have excellent customer services in the location.. Thank you so much Mpho.. Keep it up the good work.

I went to Dischem Biche acres and I was assisted by Phumezile from Cosmetics Department..she gave me a good services since I am experiencing facial challenges..she recommended the mineraline face gel and it really helped alot..I am seing changes on my skin.shes very patience, willing to assist and listen to all the frustrations. ***ual harassment from the guy called Zakes or Jake's at Russell's biche acres mall..I went there to check the prices of the beds so that I can laybye...when I was about to leave,he started touching me,and poking me on my stomach and I told him that,what he's doing is totally out of line and my partner was outside with the baby..what kind of customer service does Russell's offer to customers?I felt ***ually harassed by him

It was my first timr...
It was my first timr going to Betty's kitchen and the kids were super excited going there for swimming and their Kota... We arrived the around 2:45 pm and we left around 5 pm waiting for the kotas to be ready.. Today, Ive sent here notifying the business owner about the experience.. All the person said was okay.. At that time, many people who was there ddnt eat the outer part of the Kota, the bread was very very dry and that time the price of Kota are expensive. I can buy 2 kotas in the location with that amount and extra cheese or Russian.. Will definitely go for swimming bt for the food BIG NO

Came to Ackermans biche acres 1804 to do a refund and Thabiso the authorisor told us that she can't do refunds and we have to wait for Jacqueline since she's the one who does that..Thabiso told us we hv to wait for her and that time, the other one is Receiving stock at the back.. We've been waiting at the Q for a long time and now we have to wait for Jacqueline.i still have to do other shopping at the other shops..

Bad service offer by LEAH PAPO Crew Id 36.it was first time buying from a long drive to be treated like this... There were no one by the tills so wen she comes, she doesn't even ask who came first, so I told her that I came first and she gave me a weird look and assisted the guy anyway..BAD SERVICE
