I placed an order early in March. I have not received my goods. You cannot get hold of anybody on any of their phone numbers. Emails are not answered.
My family and I will NEVER darken PW's door again. We have been supporting them for years and on Sunday decided to trundle up to PW from Toti for a nice outing with the family - yes we sanitised and wore our masks. Upon arrival at 9am we asked for a table ... the majority of tables inside the restaurant were empty and were told they were reserved. We put our names on the list for a table and were told would have about an hour's wait. No problem. We went walk about and returned an hour and a half later. Same inside tables still empty .... we could have had our breakfast by then and left but anyway ....... we were given 2 tiny tables that sit 2 people each and 3 chairs and there were 9 of us. When we queried where we should all sit, we were told that we did not let them know the 3 children in our party needed to sit!!!!! We have actually taught our children that one sits on a chair when eating ... quite a novel idea I know but nevertheless that's how we roll. So 3 of us sat and eventually the manageress came along and asked us if everything was okay. No, clearly everything is not okay we are 9 and there are only 3 chairs and 2 minute tables. Miss Manageress then snapped at us and told us that if we had wanted to eat there, we should have phoned the previous day and made a reservation! We were really sorry to have inconvenienced them by having us support their restaurant so managed to scrounge a few more chairs and all squashed around the 2 small tables. No worries .... ordered our food and left. Oh and by the way, R85 for a plain toasted cheese sarmie for the children is extortionate to say the least. Perhaps we were charged extra because the children were sitting on chairs whilst eating their meal. Bye bye PW ... not the first time we have had a bad experience there but certainly the last!!!

Ordered and paid for a pair of Franella Shoes on 18 May 2017. Upon querying when I could expect my goods I was told to read their Terms and Conditions and that their turnaround time is a whopping 120 days. Had I known that I would not have ordered. They are sitting with my money earing interest in their account for 120 days. I have been sending emails to them asking for the status of my order over the last 3 weeks and nobody bothers to answer. I complained on their Facebook page and have since been blocked by them. Keep well away from Franella Shoes.

I used to use Fastway Couriers for all my business courier needs. No longer! Unfortunately some of my suppliers still use them. Parcels reach Durban quickly but that is where it ends. The parcel can lie in the delivery vehicle for 2 to 3 days before being delivered ... getting through to Customer Care is a nightmare and if you are lucky to speak to a consultant, you are told to phone the driver directly. Excuse me! Who is the customer here and why must I do the run around to have my parcel (which I have paid for) delivered? They have been a problem for years now. Fastway .... SLOW WAY and RUDE WAY!

Cables have been stolen and nobody in our street has a telephone line. After numerous calls logged and promises to come back to us, after 2 and a half months we still do not have a solution to our problem and we are being ignored. We get conflicting reports that our lines have been stolen and will be repaired, upon phoning again we are told that we will not get lines because the lines are being stolen! Nobody is taking ownership of the problem and rectifying it. Telkom are a joke!
