Lying scammers. Don't fall for it. I received a call from their "office" in CT. The lady was very friendly but evidently and intentionally deceitful about everything. She said a Facebook friend of mine (acquaintance) use their "travel agency" and received a voucher and specifically emailed her and asked if she could get a few more to some of her friends (and they made an exception). Apparently it was an initiative, sponsored by other companies to help resorts recover from covid. Thus, if I would post about it on social media, I would receive a R4000 voucher for accommodation at any resort in SA (in their group) and that only fuel and food etc was excluded (all lies). So I was told to go to their "office" in Centurion to meet n specific person (she gave me his name) at a specific time to collect my voucher and meet with him. I was a bit sceptical but thought let me check it out (I am a brand ambassador for various brands). She also said, (without me asking) that they will not sell anything and that I would just have to complete a covid form but at no point will they ask me to provide any of my personal details, specifically ID no etc. So I rock up at their "office" at the agreed time to meet with this guy. Firstly, another guy approached me as I got out of my car and harassed me about my relationship status. He asked "where is your other half? Or your husband? Or your partner?" (I already said on the phone I'm single). I said it's just me. He continued pushing asking "so no boyfriend?" I said no (getting uncomfortable) and he kept pushing "so you are 100%, completely single?". As I walked in, I heard many people inside a room. I said, is this an event? He said yes it's a 45min presentation. As they handed me the form, there it asked my ID no etc.! I told them I don't like this, they should stop lying to people and left. Does no one do honest business anymore? If you have to lie, manipulate and deceive people, you don't have a legit product.
Wish I could rate 0 or - 5 stars! Absolute worst, non-existent courier service I have experienced in my entire life!! Every single step of the way. Cannot even get the basics right of checking the delivery address (although on system, parcel, waybill and even the confirmation emails they send) or calling or even asking for recipient (although they have all their details) at reception. Just handed our very NB and urgent original documents to whomever they saw first at the incorrect address as well. This after I was promised delivery of parcel by office and from driver (whose number you are never allowed to have) at their Watloo offices so I can deliver it to JHB myself and the driver never called me or pitched after we arranged a time. I was left to sit in Watloo outside their offices from 18h30 to 19h30 in the dark without any means to reach them. Super safe and professional! I (anyone) could do better job of delivering a parcel than this company. 1. Receive parcel 2. Check address 3. Drive to address 4. Call recepient either on phone or at reception 5. Give parcel into recipients hands 6. Have recipient sign for parcel If I had to start a courier company and only teach them the simple 6 steps above, I would put them out of business in a second. Shocking! Basics! However, every step above was ignored. Worst: not even 1 single apology or acknowledgement of ***** ups. Just excuses and trying to put blame on me! Do not ever use this courier service and I will make sure no-one I know does. Wasted 2 solid days, fuel and chunk of airtime doing their work for them and having to hold their hand every step of the way. Next time I will use Fedex or drive / fly myself to deliver a parcel. You give South Africa's horrid postal services an even worse name.
Dankie Mit Mak Motors vir jul uitstekende diens en spesifiek Stefan Pretorius vir jou behulpsaamheid. Ek sal enige tyd jul weer kontak.
I just want to commend all the staff and owners of Zwahili for their absolute passion for preserving indigenous plant- and wildlife clearly visible during any visit: From their Panther Leo preservation programme to protect the Transvaal lion from extinction to the hundreds (if not thousands) of indigenous trees planted and preserved for the same purpose. Society can be so quick to shift shift responsibility unto others but you have made it your personal problem and mission to preserve our nature for future generations. For this alone, you have all my respect. Thank you for making a difference! I will always recommend Zwahili to anyone and everyone.

Alas, after today thay will NEVER see me again and I am making it my personal mission to tell everyone in my network (you can Google me) to not EVER use their services. 1. I arrived there today at 18:40 as I was working late and have to drive from Zwavelpoort. Their business hours are until 20:00 (as hugely displayed on their boards, Google etc.). In the past if I maybe got there after 19:00 I was considerate (as always) and would just ask for a wash and go. Today, because it was very much needed and there were still 1 hour and 20min left before closing time, I planned to have my car cleaned outside and inside (not valet, just basic cleaning i.e. dashboard wiping and drying on outside too) BUT upon arrival, the gate was pushed closed (about 1 meter still open) and there were 2 cars inside they were busy washing. A passer by told one of the washers (I was advised is a manager) that there was one car and if they would assist me. They told him no and didnt even bother to tell me themselves. I got out of my car and asked for the manager or owner. The one (apparent manager) came to the gate and I asked him why they wont assist me. I said that I wanted to clean inside as well but if they could at least do a wash & go I would appreciate it and compromise although it's not right. He said no they are tired and under staffed. I told him with all due respect but that is not my problem but an internal issue. I told him I am a regular customer, drive far and willing to compromise and well within their business hours clearly stated above his head. His exact words were "well I refuse to help you today". I told him that "this is bull****". 2. They refused to give me the manager or owner's number and finally said I can get it from the board myself. I got Chris's number and when I dialled it said "number does not exist". I phoned the office number on Google and no answer. 3. When I walked out the 'manager' screaming at me that I called HIM bull **** which is entirely false and not my words. The situation IS bull****! 4. If I wasn't white I would've been able to successfully use the racist card but unfortunately in South Africa it only goes one way and we are not allowed to use that card. 5. I work more than an hour overtime everyday without overtime pay or complaining because I need to get the job done. I am so tired of the non-existence of "work ethic" in our country. Everyone wishes to do as they please and if they don't want to work, they just don't. Zero reliability, integrity or accountability whatsoever. The owner will probably ignore this and think it wont affect him as if this is how this place is run I dont think the leadership is much better but trust me you will feel the after affects.

Since my last post about all the lies and empty promises I received from Hyundai Canstantiakloof, nothing has changed. It's clear the don't respect their clients, their reputation, women and more specifically young women. After promising to settle the fines I received due to their dealer's negligence and empty promises, I still received not even a "sorry" for all the lies and endliess inconvenience caused. Their attitudes are rotten. After dishonoring their promises and my deadlines countless times, they paid HALF of the agreed fine and still owe me the other half. I also had to ask more than once for a proof of payment. I don't know how they stay in business with attitudes like that and it starts from right at the top. The list of terrible service just increases:

1. Lying about the car I purchased having bluetooth. It didn't have bluetooth as promised by the dealer.

2. Car hasn't been valet'ed or washed recently before my purchase after they lied to me for over a week about it "being washed etc" resulting in me waiting longer to get my car.

3. False advertising. When I arrived to do the paperwork to purchase car, it was R10 000 more! I showed them two ads of them on different sites on the internet in which they advertised exactly the same car for R 10 000 less which is also the price I communicated with and checked with the dealer I worked with. Even when I showed them THEIR own ads as proof of false advertising, their manager's attitude was "take it or leave it! We have others in line.". What a rotten attitude when I could've sued them for false advertising. It's not MY fault they advertised it for the wrong price! They handled me as if I was to blame and I'M the crook! Unfortunately I had my heart set on the car so negotiated and I ended up paying R5000 more which is unfair anyway.

4. Zero petrol. When I drove off the petrol tank was as empty as can be. They didn't even had the curtousy to put a few litres in, nevermind fill it up like other garages. I asked them about it and in the end the gave me a R100 petrol voucher.

4. Numberplates late. The dealer promised me that the number plates would be ready within the next couple of days and he will courier it to me. I offered to pick it up but he insisted they will bring it to me. I called them almost every day and every time he said it's on its way or it is on his table now they are bringing it and they never did. Long story short, the temporary license expired and I was pulled over by metro police. As they couldn't prove which car it is they wanted to take my car and lock me up at 00:00 at night, female alone!!!! Luckily I remembered my car documentation etc is on my email and I could show that to them to prove I am the owner of the car. They then gave me two fines which in total added up to R1000. I called the dealership the next morning and told them that they need to get my plates to me before 12:00 and they need to pay the fines as it is due to their negligence. The manager assured me that he will immediately send the dealer with the number plates and that he must pay for the fines himself at it is his fault. So he actually brought my plates in time and I gave him a copy of the fines. For months afterwards I reminded them a few times to pay it and send me the proof of payment with which the manager replied they will do it.

Fast forward 18 months later, my driver's license expired. When I tried to renew it, there was a warrant out for my arrest which I didn't know of. Upon further inv estigation, I realized it was that fines they still haven't paid!

I contacted them again and send them the copies again and asked for proof of payment and gave them a generous deadline to do it by.

They didn't honor the deadline and the manager didnt even bother to reply to me or apologise. Only forwarded the email to someone who does payments.

A few days after the deadline after I had to ask again, they sent me a proof but only for one of the fines and they very well know they have to pay both. I clearly stated all the totals and attached all the copies etc in my email to manager.

Now the grace period is over for my license renewal and I will have to pay a fine!!!

I wish it was legal to utter what I feel towards all of them. I've never experiences more non-existent, arrogant, disrespectful and dishonest service in my life.

I bought a pre-owned car from Hyundai Constantiakloof last year February. As I wanted to do the paperwork, I noticed that the price on there was R10 000 more than advertised on more than one website of which I had screen shots and showed it to them. Going against the consumer act and even though they were false advertising, the answer of the manager: "Take it or leave it we have other people in line". SHOCKING!! Well I wanted my car so I had to pay R5000 more! They also told me it has bluetooth and it doesn't. Then as I drove off, there were NO petrol in the car. Also, they kept extending the date I could go and fetch my car because it was apparently being "valet'ed". But when I received my car, it had dust inside and outside so they were lying to me and it wasn't cleaned that day or the day before. They also didn't have the number plates ready and I drove with temporary ones. The dealer kept promising me a few days afterwards that they have received it and will courier it to me even though I offered to fetch it from them. I called him almost every day and he said they are on their way etc etc but it never was delivered. Then I got pulled over by metro police late one evening and my temporary license had already expire. Then wanted to confiscate my car and lock me up because they don't have proof that it is my car. Luckily I could show them the documents on my phone to validated that I'm the owner. I received a R1000 fine. The next morning I called the dealership's manager and demanded that they bring my number plates that day still and to pay the fine as it is their fault. He said the dealer should pay it because it was due to his negligence. The dealer actually deliver my number plates and took a copy of the fine to pay it. A few times afterwards I checked on aarto it still wasn't paid. I contacted the manager again at least 2 times and every time he promised they would pay it. A few weeks ago, my driver's license expired and then I found out there is a warrant out for my arrest. Upon further investigation, I discovered it's still that fine they haven't paid a year and a half later!!!!! I contacted the manager again with all the proof and copies etc demanding again that they pay it and he didn't even have the decency to reply, just forwarded it to his finance department and asked for payment. The deadline I gave them to send me the proof of payment was last Friday. It is now Wednesday and they STILL haven't paid anything. I'm fed up after being promised and lied to over and over again. ZERO integrity. I'm now reverting to hellopeter and social media and unfortunately for them I have thousands of followers worldwide. They probably though they could ***** with me because I'm female and young. NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HYUNDAI CONSTANTIAKLOOF!!!!
