Customer Support Representative did not even read my issue I am having with my purchase. They marked my ticker resolved without it being resolved as the feedback provided was common sense yet how do they expect one to go back to the store to sort an issue with the purchase when the store is in another province. Ridiculous
Do not be fooled they are NOT in Kempton park. They take your order and money and make you wait long over the actual lead time and once your order is ready they advice you to collect in WHITE RIVER MPUMALANGA. They are ignoring my emails and my calls

So after our 4th session at Bodify I could already feel a massive difference. I was not stiff or sore after the session, during the session I had a much higher tolerance for the EMS than before and although still very tough it was quite satisfying. Although Craig is still a narcissist I feel, he is a great motivator, and to be honest I would probably only work half as much without the continuous motivating. We certainly feel accomplished afterwards... we still crave pizza though... that has not changed. This is really something to try guys and girls, actually a great couples activity... weirdly enough. 20 minutes a week? Surely you can find time for that? Contact Sharon for more info... I placed an order in April and as per email it was said that delivery will be 6 weeks. We are now in week 8 and NO communication from them. This is not the first time I experience bad service from Sweet Orr. I have to constantly follow-up, they don't even have the decency to respond to my last email on 23 May 2018. If they want to be in this industry they must start focusing on customer service and keeping to their promises. They have A LOT to learn from bigger more sufficient companies like Jonssons Workwear etc. This will be the last time we will support Sweet Orr
I took a moment to explain our experience with June & July Photography: This specific supplier's scamming is getting out of hand and I would like to warn anyone about her, before she causes more tears on your wedding day. In May 2016 we got engaged and we immediately started planning our big day. First our Venue then we started looking for photographers. We narrowed them down and then we met with Zeoné Burger from June & July Photography. She promised us the world and she had a special if you pay the deposit before a certain date you get a free videographer on the day. Now who wouldn't go for that I mean she already sweet talked us and we put our trust in her and paid her the deposit. Once we paid, sjoe her sweet talking and services flew out the door. We had to nag her for an engagement shoot date (emails, calls, whatsapps). The day of our engagement shoot she cancelled the morning, because she was sick. From this we move the date twice and eventually forced her to do the shoot. This should've been the second sign to us to get out. Yet, we decided this was a minor issue and we kept with her for the wedding. We were supposed to have another brief meeting before the wedding, but this was also unsuccessful, because of her so tight schedule and sickness. The Wednesday before our wedding 27 May 2017 she emailed me, as if I didn't have enough stress. That she can't do the wedding as her doctor said she may not work until end June when she has to go for another operation. She promised to send 2 photographers and the videographer, and she will prep them beforehand. I was very sympathetic towards her, but deep down I wanted to scream at her. Wedding day came and yes neither the photographers / videographer was fully prepared for the day. She promised us ALL the picture (1000+) yet we just go over 800. The short video is good, but the entire one has some glitches. A few weeks after the wedding we followed up on the photos and she gave us a time frame and then she made arrangements to drop everything off with my husband. On the day of the drop off she called him saying her cleaner bumped her table or something like that and all her USB sticks (made from glass) fell and broke and she has to drive to Pretoria to get new ones, so she won't make it, but my husband was also fed-up with her excuses and lies he told her she will drop it off today she must make a plan. And guess what we did get 2 USB sticks (made from glass). The photo on the block to mount on the wall is such a bad photo that doesn't look nice at all, we are going to throw it in the fire to burn. I thought maybe this was just our experience with her, but then I resourced to HelloPeter.com and there is a review in March 2017 (wish I could've seen it earlier). Months later there is more reviews with the similar experience. She even did it, but even worse to someone I know personally. Please make sure before booking with a supplier. Look them up properly with us there was no warning as the 1st review on HelloPeter.com was in March 2017 and we booked her in May 2016 already. You won't see our photos from the engagement shoot or wedding on her page and I have been conveniently blocked from her page
Our experience is similar to the other reviews. She is a sweet talker, promises you the world until you pay the deposit. You have to nag for engagement shoot date and then she drops you during the week of your wedding. Please NEVER NEVER use her services as you will be disappointed.
