Horrible Experience with Rain Internet Service Provider,after using the services for more than two year we decided to upgrade our Rain from Unlimited 4G To Unlimited 5G Which is on special for the next three months @ R479, My husband ordered the special on the 30th of June 2021 and today is the 8th of July 2021 and we have no received the order,The CCD Couriers company apparently called my husband on the 2nd of July on a number they said was provided by rain which my husband no longer uses and on the 06th July the CCD company finally emails my husband to advise that they attempted calling him with no success upon following up with the Courier company we discovered that the number they have is no longer valid and they are not at liberty to change the telephone number and we should speak to Rain as they provide the customer information to Them We contacted Rain and explained what the courier company which they denied and advised that the have the correct customers details...we are being taken as fools between a company and their services provides,to date we have not received our goods,The goods have been schedule for delivery on the 12th of July without informing the client...what will it take for our paid goods to be delivered without this much hassle and when we demand a refund we are told it will take 7 to 10 days...7\10 days for a refund while we have been already waiting for a delivery which will only be delivered on the 12th day...Is this how we conduct business..is this fair business practices
We purchased a stove Defy Slimline on the 15/09/2020 on Tuesday ,at Westgate house & Home and the stove was delivered on the 19/09/2020 Saturday but after the stove was installed we discovered that the plates were not working but the oven could turn on.. We have since logged a call with them, which we are told 48 hours for a technician to come and assess the problem.. My biggest problem is how does a brand new stove not work and why can they not take it back and give me a new one it's been four days. We have been eating bread and still waiting for a technician to come through... It seems once you have paid for the item they can no longer value me as a customer this is supposed to be priotized.. Am truly not satisfied with the service
I placed my order on the 27th April 2020 #8741 and received an emails with expected delivery date of Monday the 18th May 2020 and Friday 22nd May 2020,Today is the 27th May 2020 with no response to the countless number of times I have sent messages to the online site and email which state that they should respond within 48 hours... We understand that there nation is currently on lockdown however if an order has taken more than 15 working day to deliver, you need to advise the customer and respond to emails when they are sent, those are fundamental principles of any good and long standing customer... So after reading thought 90% of a the negative and embrassing reviews on Hellpeter, I hope I get my refund as my order has taken while over a month and I need a Tap in my house ASAP.. I thought that the reason for the existence of the Reliable Online Store is to find items that may not be found in SA but in my case this Tap Mixer is available in SA but it is ridiculously expensive and you were the only company offering the a reasonable price... When you do finally see my review and process a refund please consider the amount of time you have already delayed me and not make me wait another 10 working days to reflect in my account.. It's unfortunate how this business deal has gone so soar to soon while you have great items on ur site which we would have loved to purchase
Panyaza is taking us back to the apartheid regime whereby Blacks were not allowed to mix with whites. How can he force us to take our kids to the location schools? Whereas they have been to multi racial schools for the rest of there lives? This online 'gdeadmission' does not allow us to choose the schools of our choice, it choses schools based on where you live. Why did Mandela stay in prison 27 years if after those years we are still oppressed?!
