for two months i have been trying to sort out an issue on one of my units a neo, the watsapp AI then to human help is pathetic you wait 10mins between replies than the reply is not helpfull
We booked a trip to Zanzibar in 2019 paid in February 2020 for travel May 2020, Covid hit they offered a voucher for when the travel ban lifted,(fully understood this) We heard nothing from them right trough the pandemic and we had to start every line of communication, right up to re booking. We re booked for May 2021 now the package was including a flight from Mango that is now going belly up. We get nothing from them and only when i emailed the hotel and copied them in did they start communicating. now they want to "wait and see" what happens to mango and refuse to refund.
So opened an account a month ago and their courier company CCD still have not delivered. Complaint given to FNB reply was they can only call CCD and ask them to call me. I have been charged bank fees for an account I can not use as I do not have a card. A card I was probably already billed for. Very disappointed
Been waiting one month for my card from FNB. Yesterday I tried to change address from work to home and they don’t have my address on their system so can do the delivery Pathetic

<p>A week ago we had a armed robbery at our premises, one of our drivers was able to push his panic, there was no response and only when we called the very unfriendly reaction number did the respond.</p> <p>The unit was tested and discovered to be faulty, so new one was fitted with new panic.</p> <p>There was a second vehicle that arrived during the 19 armed person robbery its fitted with cameras and tracking the footage forward would have been crucial in the investigation but alas no footage on card and Netstar blame me for this. Yet they came and replaced it as it was “faulty<br /> “yester day panic was pushed and no one called. Today panic was pushed and 50mins latter a nice lady (Kapelo)called me I mentioned the delay she said it may be a signal issue, OMG I asked about yesterday and she advised the got a panic at 11pm no I pressed it early in the morning.</p> <p>Two days latter a different vehicle is involved in an accident and same story no footage.</p> <p>I have been paying for something that’s not there.</p> <p>I have emailed the local team and CS email they read mails and don’t respond</p> <p> </p> <p>Still no technician to fix the issue </p>
