I haveade an arrangement with them but evrey half an hour they phone please have look on your computers to see what is said
Please stop with your calls to my mother as she does not have anything to do with you . You phone her 5 times a day andcthen drop the call if this goes on we will be taking legal action against you .
I am fed up with calls from this company . you phone me every morning for a payment where I have paid you , you also stated that I am not paying you I will be taking this matter further I will be taking you to court for harassment . PLEASE TEACH YOUR CALL CENTRE MANNNERS ON HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS
I am writing this review very cross with service I am getting from Vodacom I cancelled my contract with Vodacom end of Jan 2025 for service that was not working now Vodacom handed me over for R215.00 stated I did not pay for Des 2024 where I do have my slip where payment was made spoke to a lady at Vodacom stating I must go back to the shop for them to allocate the payment . VODACOM PLEASE WAKE UP . Sort this nonsense out or I will be taking this mater further
This is the worst service I have ever received from this company . I placed an order with Amazon for a product . this product was supposed to be delivered on 05/12/2024 as of yet no deliveries was made when I check my status it show in transit after I have logged a ticket with them . Mr . Gavin Potgieter send me an email stating that my account was in the rears . I do not have an account with the courier guy when I phoned him he said that I will not get my delivery . It was also stated by him that I must phone the supplier to ask them to do a payment I am not working in courier guys account department why must follow up on your accounts . Mr . Potgieter is a very rude person and do not care about customer service .
My daughter has got an account with you . She is 15years old . Today she wanted to do an EFT to somebody but Standard bank does not allow it after i went tovthe bank and met a very rude person by the name Sipho Mabaso stating he is the bank manager . So what is the use of a bank account when your child can not use it
After being a customer of this establishment for many years i was treated with dis respect by the owner and staff i will never ever take any animal to them arogant to say the least
We came to Standard bank key west to change my daughters bank card as it expire soon and is broken on the corner Standard bank want to charge a 15 year 9ld girl a R160.00 to get a new card . You want the youth to come to your bank bit in the mean time you rip them off psthetic . We also sat an hour and a half in the branch with no service what is going on with Standard bank . So when her card expire i need to pay R160.00
MBD inc hasw been phoning non stop for my wife's Vodacom account from 07h00 in the morning even on a Sunday i am fed up with these phone calls I have asked them many times to remove the number they keep on phoning with rude staff on the other side . PLEASE TEACH YOUR STAFF MANNERS .the number you are calling belongs to my mom she is in pension and you phone 6 times a day .
After a lot of phone calls to Vodacom about an incorect contract on fibre you decided to block my phone i have complained about this a lot of times . Your customer service is stuffed no one from Vodacom gets back to me with this regard i will take this matter further
