I was looking for a office work space for a day for an important meeting. I googled and came across Regus which falls under International Workplace Group. I sent a message via their website. Only to receive a response from one of their sales representatives and I stated what I needed. Never got a response after that. Then I received another email from their sales department. I stated once again what I needed. I was asked to provide my cell number and time to be contacted. I was promised to be called at 15h00 sharp. That time I made a request it was in the morning around 11am. I waited for my call at 15h00. Nothing happened. At 15h15 I sent another email to the daid person that promised that one of their representatives will call me at 15h00 sharp. She said she has escalated the matter to the manager and I will be called immediately. I waited again and around 15h45 I sent another email. She apologized and said I will be called. I explained that I needed to book and confirm that before as I would like to use the space on the 8th of January 2026 for my meeting. Once again she promised me a call but nothing happened again. I sent another email telling her that I will look for another service provider then she apologized and offered me that they options of being called the next day on the 8th from 9am - 4pm while I needed to book and confirm the space before the 8th as my meeting was set for 8th at 17h00. I am very disappointed to say the least. At some point I thought I was speaking to an automated machine but the signature on the email confirmed it was a real person. The first email came from Fatima Koning ( Chief Commercial Officer) then no response, and then from Thabo Nkosi ( Account Manager) then Jenny McDarmit whom promised me that I will be called be and she took my contact number and confirmed the time. It took me almost the whole day trying to secure a workspace or meeting room of which never happened. What a bad service from them and I was looking into using their spaces on a full time basis. I am shocked and utterly disappointed with their service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I have contacted this service provider because they came highly recommended. At first they took forever to come back to me but because I understand the dynamics of the business I was patient. Eventually the lady I charge apologized and said she will work on my case. I trusted her and even paid the deposit so she can start with my case. After making payment she never communicated. Only after 3 days she then came back and said she was busy with another case. Fortunately for me I got another provider to assist me. I then requested a refund. I was promises that my refund will be made as soon as possible. It's now two weeks later I still haven't received my refund. The lady in charge has been ghosting me. After numerous attempts then she send me a message saying it will be paid this Monday. Monday came and gone still no refund. I tried getting hold of her until today when she responded to say I was being "silly" for wanting my money back for a Service I never received. This is the woman that claims she is there for mothers and want to help. This is the same woman that claimed to know the challenges and pain mothers go through fighting for their kids rights. She claimed that my money will reflect today. Still no refund or any notification from their side. She claimed the accounts department has processed the payment. She resorted to insulting me instead of paying me back. I will never recommend anyone to use their services. Instead of making it up she ends up insulting me. It's end of business and I still havent received my refund. The worst.
I joined Miko and Anna Afirca on the 4th July 2023 as their style consultant. Since u have placed orders to date haven't even received any one of them. I followed proper channels from the ambassador to the manager.I was told that stock is still coming and this is after 3 weeks. I got blocked on all socials and customers are waiting for their stock or refund. There is no landline number but address in jhb.The manager promised to refund all the monies in the morning. Customers are awaiting their refund because they couldn't deliver the items.The manager decided to let me go because I was asking about my clients stock.This is the manager that's in Pretoria based.Now I am stuck with unhappy customers because of this. No landlines and all their whatsapp numbers are not being attended to.
Unfortunately I didn't get their names but this particular driver.He is very rude.He told me that he is in a hurry and wanted me to collect my parcel at the parking lot instead of bringing it to the building I work from.They were in such a hurry as if they didn't come to delivery my parcel.To date I still haven't received my parcel because they left claiming he was in a hurry
Waiting for my parcel from the courier guy.Notification via sms received saying the parcel has been collected and in route.This morning I checked my track number only to see that it has been sent back to hub.Then WhatsApp their number and the lady by the name of Kim replied claiming that the driver got lost and called me and there was no answer.I even sent Kim my call records to proof that I never received any calls from them.Kim left me hanging on WhatsApp.Stopped responding.I had to call The Courier Guy Pretoria and the guy who didn't provide his name said they will deliver today before 12.I will be waiting.What happened to my parcel and Kim.
<p>I was looking for a bed and i went into the website and for some reason i just thought of dial a bed.I checked their beds then i callaed them on wednesday the 28th of September 2016.I then spoke to the guy by the name of Sam and I told him exactly what i wanted and told him that i will pick it up on Saturday the 1st.I then hired a bakkie and went there in Midrand.All the way from Tembisa.I got there he said my bed was not there and that the warehosue didnt deliver and he said he will call them of which he took an hour to do that while his manager was standing in front of him saying nothing,he then had the nerve to say if i had paid them for delivery the bed was going to be at the shop.He then asked me for solution as if i work at dial a bed.He didnt seem interested in me or what i was there for.He let me leave the shop without the bed and told me there is nothing he can do about it.He was so unprofessional together with his manager and i will never ever go back there or recommend anyone to dial a bed(Midrand).They are so useless.</p>
