Worst telecommunication company ever. Have no integrity and compassion for their clients. Worst customer service, empty promises. They converted my month to month contract without properly explaining the new terms. And now are failing to reverse the mess they made. I have to spend one hour with my own airtime calling them just to explain same story to different consultants every time
DStv can be a scam sometimes. I was offered 3 months free Disney plus access but guess what? Only 1 month was free. I called twice to inform them and explained what I signed up for which is 3 months free access but nothing was done. Yesterday I received an sms notification that my 3 months free access expires on Aug 17 but they deducted R119 from my account on Friday. Care to explain DSTV/ Disney plus? I bought ribs and Buffalo wings today for R165 for take away. Arrived home with daughter, I was so hungry, I digged in immediately. Half way through eating my food, I was greeted by maggots. How the heck do hatched eggs end up in food? I called them immediately but guess what their after service was bad because it took them 3 hours to come collect the food and give me my refund. They are situated 5km from my home. I had to call them 3 times in that 3 hours waiting time. I will never buy from there ever again.
I requested a group travel quotation more than a month ago via their online request system and was informed that the quotation will be emailed to me. I am still waiting🙄 Then 2 days ago I submitted another request then also send an email to their help email address and they responded saying they will contact me within 24 hours. Guess what!! It has been 48 hours and no feedback and I need to book flights
I bought a bed 2 months ago and the base was delivered with dirty marks. I reported this immediately to the sales lady who sold the bed to me. She told me a new base was approved and ordered but I am still waiting for it even now. I'm loosing confidence that I will ever get this base exchanged. This is pure zero customer service ?.
I ordered fiber in February till date it is not installed. Their consultants aren't helping as well because I get different feedback every time that I follow up. Last week they said it will be escalated as I've been waiting for long then today I'm told that it will take 21 days. This is nonsense.
Dstv is really one of those companies that doesn't care about its clients and service. They promise to resolve an issue but never do. They are good at leaving clients hanging. All they care about is taking money from their clients but when it comes to resolving even minor pity issues they fail. I wish I never changed my subscription or should have subscribed to Netflix instead. In short, they still haven't resolved the issue I complaint about 3 weeks ago.
Good Day. I purchased my price lock package some time July. I haven't paid my first installment yet. Before activating the price lock package I requested a quote from dstv and was advised that price lock compact I will be paying R549. 2 consultates confirmed this amount. Then come the day of actually activating the package Lorraine from price lock told me that the price is R569 which I disagreed with her about but finally asked her to escalate the matter as that was not the price quoted before. She promised that someone will be in contact with me within 48 hours but 2 weeks passed and no one called me. When the decoder arrived, the package/box was written that I will pay R549. I called dstv, Mpolayi promised that someone will call me back but that did not happen then I called last Friday 07 Aug, I was also promised that someone will call me back. Until today I'm still waiting for DStv to resolve the issue. I send a DM on Twitter to DStv on Saturday and was advised that someone will call. It's 14:16 11 Aug and no one has called me yet.
