Worst customer service ever. The site is forcing me to change my password with every login. That is 4 password changes in 2 days. I cannot access anything Amazon related, and the customer service directed me to South African CS because it detected my location. After 42mins on the phone with them, with the agent leaving me on hold for 10mins and then 12mins respectively, they were still unable to help and were reading me possible issues thats on the web. I have tried everything they suggested & still no assistance. They were insistent that you can only stream from one device on prime, yet on the site it specifically says 3 devices can stream concurrently.
Absolutely pathetic service from Rhonda. Refused to listen to what i needed help with, cut me off & said she is unable to help & then just left me on the phone while she spoke to someone else. After trying to call back twice, she cut the call & refused to accept calls from my number. Def would NEVER recommend her services.
I placed an order on 28.08.2019, and cancelled it on 28.08.2019 after i found the product cheaper at another retailer. I called Incredible Connection on the same day to confirm the cancellation and for them to process the refund. I have been given the run-around by their online team, as well as their e-Commerce team as they initially insisted they could not find my payment and therefore not refund me. After sending through the proof of payment, all contact with me ceased until I started calling regularly to query the refund as i was advised it wouldn't take more than 2-3 days. Over a month later, today 03.10.2019, the refund has still not been processed, and there has not been any communication from Incredible Connection. Their online team has not been answering calls for the past 2 days. I am paying interest on my account for the R3700 that they have not refunded me, and refuse to acknowledge that they need to compensate me for the interest accruing that i need to pay. This has left a bad taste with me and i will never ever purchase at Incredible Connection nor recommend them.
<p>Over a year ago i attempted getting a mobile contract from Telkom. This was done online & i was informed thereafter by a call centre agent that the debit would be done in advance to ensure my bank account was valid & fully functional. The debit went off but Telkom essentially terminated my application as there was no stock of the phone i wanted. Till date that money was not returned to me. I have made over 20 to 30 attempts to recover my money but have been getting shuffled from person to person, and dept to dept. I am thoroughly appalled at the service and would never ever recommend them to anyone.</p>
