Cancelled contract in December and again in January. Still being direct debited in March. Round and round in circles within departments and 'on hold' with the 'bots' for hours. Stay clear of Web Africa if you value your sanity.
They should be given a negative number of stars. Been on their chat site since 0830 to cancel contracts. Round and round and round in circles and still not able to chat with the cancellation department. It seems that all that they are interested in is my money. When I die with frustration,,,,which will be soon they can go whistle for the money !
Mr. Remote sent the incorrect remotes. Ignored polite emails over the past 7 days requesting that correct ones be sent. Their 'phone goes direct to voice mail and messages go unanswered. Their accounts people don't open their WhatsApp messages. Order nothing from Mr. Remote .
Should have looked at the reviews first. Ordered a patio cover set last year. Still waiting for the tracking number despite many promises. Tried 'phoning ...on hold for ever and then the same promise of tracking number in 3 days which never happened. Cancelled the order and requested a refund. So glad that I paid by credit card and my thanks to Standard Bank for getting involved.
Great service from Lebogang Matukane the teller at Bedford View branch. Not so much from the Bank itself. Customer for 25 + years. Went to get some R5 coins to use with car guards etc. You now to pay for this 'service' ! Flat charge of R160 plus R15 per R100 coins. This means that R200 coins will cost R390 ! Standard Bank you should be ashamed. Hope that car guards now accept visa/Mastercard !
Stay away from Bonitas Medical Fund. BonComprehensive member since 20171. Diagnosed with AMD which is a PMB condition. Been passed around departments by Bonitas and their Medscheme administrators for months with repeated requests for the same already provided information from my ophthalmologist and still have not been registered. When you try and get assistance all you get are 'do not reply' emails and the round and round nonsense starts all over again. I must have more than 10 different reference numbers all going absolutely nowhere.
No spare parts for 3 year old dishwasher. Zero customer care from AEG service department who either don't answer their phones or cannot tell me when (if !) Parts will be available. Do not buy an AEG appliance!
My Voip phone has not worked properly for over 6 weeks....Server Error. Impossible to get in touch with anybody apart from the ridiculous 'Willie-the-Bot' on WhatsApp. None of the Agents have been available for weeks, despite my holding on for hours at a time! Stay well away from Webafrica !
Cannot get hold of any support. VOip stopped working. On hold for phone and WhatsApp for over minutes 45 and counting0
