I have asked them to stop harassing us with bot calls. WE AREN'T INTERESTED. You said you would and yet here we are again. Who is actually in charge?
After buying an airtime bundle I cannot load it on the original app. Nor could I on the my Telkom app. What is wrong with you?
After having sent an email and getting no response from the complaints department, I feel my only recourse after this it to speak to my lawyer. My wife and I are constantly bombarded with calls or they ring then put the phone down. Despite having asked every single one of them to remove us from the list, we get up to 5 calls a day. I have blocked all of them, even customer care, but they seem to have an unlimited amount of numbers. If this doesn't stop shortly I am going to change to Telkom. We are not interested in your products. If I want a phone I will do my own research. Leave us ALONE.
I sent an email yesterday enquiring if someone could direct my query to the correct department. No answer. I wish to cancel my perks policy as it does absolutely nothing for me. If the service I haven't received so far is a reflection of your company I will make it my mission to expose you on every social media platform I can think of, then Google those I don't know about. You were quick to take my money but do not have the manners to respond.

One the 21st of June I wrote a review about the nonexistent service from Liberty Corporate. The Liberty Customer Relations Officer Elroy Augustine rep****, apologized and said it would be sorted out. On the 22nd I got an sms saying payouts take 10 days. I KNOW this. Your response shows that nobody READ my complaint. My money was supposed to be paid out on the 21st. I have had enough. I am going to put you on *******ion Watch, News Room 24 and anyone else who will listen. You are *******. How much is my interest on MY money that it seems you are deliberately holding? Tonight I am going to make it my mission through social media to expose you. I have nothing but time on my hands. EG Ellis
On June 11 Robyn Bowes answered my questions regarding the payout on my claim. With the claim process expected to take 10 working days and subject to them having all the required information, I needed to find out if they had what they needed. I had asked for the amount I was expected to receive and was told I would receive it shortly - the email is still on the way. I received no further communication from her ever again. June 13th. - Thapelo Molefo says they received the documents and the claim is in assessment (subject to them having all the required information, of course) I emailed this person back asking if Robyn could send me the amount. No reply. June 13 I received an email from Thulani Ndzwane saying the anticipated payment date would be on the 21st of June. Subject to them having all the required information, as always. Big red flag from the beginning. I emailed Thulani Ndzwane back asking if they had all the information required for them to pay out my claim. No reply. June 14 - I emailed my supposed financial adviser, having received the email address from Robyn Bows, Mogamet Fakir, asking the same question - do you have all the information required to make my payout? No answer. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt - my own stupidity. People that can't be bothered to answer an email will not pay my money out. Where is your professional integrity, never mind as human beings? Who is handling this case? Who is in charge of all these people not doing their jobs? I will NEVER trust you again, and will make sure to spread the word very far and very wide. Why hasn't anyone told me why I haven't received my money yet? You took my money quickly enough - which is what pays YOUR salaries - and now sit with no money and no answers. DISGUSTING.
I have sent Liberty numerous emails asking for updates on my pension claim - and received an sms. I want an actual person to contact me. My financial adviser doesn't answer his phone. You have kept my money, and I want answers.
On the 3rd of April I emailed Ms Lerato Hini, asking her for information on why my paperwork was taking so long, and how far it is from completion. I have not received a reply. It seems it doesn't matter who you speak to there, you either get the runaround or are completely ignored. Judging by the service I have received, and all the negative comments on Hello Peter {with regards to exactly the same problem) I think a journalist should take a look into this situation and expose what is going on there. The agent, Ntobeko, either puts the phone down or promises to call back - and doesn't. This has been going on since the 9th of February 2024. All I want is my paperwork done. It says Lerato Hini but on her email address its Nduku.
It is absolutely impossible to get any response other than an automated email reply when trying to get hold of a lawyer. You are advised to send either your ID number or member number. Then you are told they will contact you within 48 hours. Send another email and the same thing happens. There is no point in having this service - which makes me think I will receive the same service with my policy - so it might be time to cancel them entirely. EG Ellis.
