We bought a Defy washing machine at Ok Furniture Kathu on the 27th of October 2023. We only used the washing machine 3 times and now the spinner is not working. We stored the washing machine as we were stayed in a guesthouse were our laundry were done untill we moved to our own home that was still been built at that time. We stated moving in on the 31st of January 2024 As there is no local technician, we called customer services to speed up the process as we have a 3 year old, moving in a new home and washing needs to be done. It leave me speechless how Charmaine Terblanche from customer service handled the situation by raising her voice and hanging up on the call as we expressing our frustration. They got the sale(money) and now they are disrespectful and rude. As it was said, we just need to wait until a technician can come to Kathu, but they did not wait for the payment when the transaction was done. Charmaine, Ok Furniture Kathu, Defy..... The experience and service was disappointing.
For the past 7 months I've spend alot at Click. My card got lost and the store reopend a new card for me. Evertime I get to the store and enquire the cash back or points in my card they just tell that there is nothing on the card, so they called Clicks customer service. The lady assisted me at customer service said she resolved the issue regards regards the cash back / points and that it will reflect on my card and instore after 1 week. 2 Weeks after spoken to customer service I when to a clicks store just to get disappointed again and ti hear again " No, ma'am, the is no cash back / points on your card" I've downloaded the app and then the app told me to spend anothe R250 before I qualified to receive cash back/ points I'm am super disappointed, and will rather support another retailer store that I know I get value and service for my money.
FAKE FRAUDULENT PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to make people aware that Newfrog are selling fake products. I have ordered a product which are w****d in the original manufacturer box, but the product inside is fake. And then Newfrog got the cheek to denies that they are selling fakes. I have contacted the original manufacturer that confirms that my product is fake and I have proof. Please do not support Newfrog as they do not respect, honor and value the seller as by selling fake goods.
Money was deducted from my Absa cheque account into an account belonging to Rccs bos J. I did not give authorization for this "Journal debit" from Rccs bos J to be deducted. Absa Upington can not help my to reverse this payment as they said it is been paid to a credit card. I did research on Rccs bos and a lot of Absa customers complaint about money deducting from their account into this Rccs bos account and they went to Absa branches to get a resolution and still after so many complaints does Absa not protecting there customers I will take Absa to the Ombudsmen if Absa is not taking this matter seriously.
Since a technicial from Defy Upington came out in November 2017 to have a look at our stove we need to phone all the time to get feedback when the part will be installed. All of the staff members making promises to call back with feedback, but again we need to call them the next day and then it is excuses on excuses. I am getting sick of there promises, excuses, bad attitudes and incompententcy.

<p>What a crazy, dissapointing, disasteres experience @ Capitec Upington to open a bank account. Will never refer someome to go there and experience what I have experience. ABSA u are the best </p>
