Maintenance Issues on the floor at herons@riverside. Tiles need replacements. The team want one to beg them to do their work. it is disappointing. No sense of customer service at all.
They are failing to resolve a ***** case. Promised to refund me after after 14 days. Failing to meet turn around time which they have set themselves. so disappointing.
I am getting MAGTAPE UNPAID debit orders which i have not authorised. I want these resolved as soon as possible.
I have been struggling with my account with Netstar for months now. Their Customer service is bad. Nobody cares to assist. I will not recommend anyone to go near them.
