Parents, please beware of Nicole Stellenboom of Nicole's Tutoring based in Florida, JHB. She takes you money upfront for tutoring lessons which do not transpire. Last minute cancellation which are reschedule only to be cancelled again. This pattern went on for months after which I asked for a refund. Needless to say I have experienced excuse after excuse as to why my refund has not been done.
We claimed for a burst Geyser through SIB-Capegro. They replaced the geyser but see it fit to leave the job half finished. Give this company miss. They will happily take your premiums but when it comes to payout they revert to the small print to avoid paying out.
First complaint, the chairman of our Body Corporate – Keith Scafuris is directly employed by Renprop Management as an estate agent. Due to this conflict of interest, valid complaints lodged by home owners are never addressed. In the five years as a homeowner Sarah Keatley who manages our account at Renprop has never been of assistance. Secondly in 3 financial years, around R220k has spent on legal fees by our complex because as stated by other reviews, Renprop does not bother to do any real work, instead, always opting to get attorney’s involved. Thirdly Renprop’s service fees are 15% more than market related quotes. Fourthly Renprop subcontracts services to unqualified tradesmen. I have logged a complaint with the necessary governing bodies.
From the tracking unit that is not working after only a few months, to the call centre that never answers calls, to the "online" chat that has a 15 minute delay, to the repair man that books and appointment and does not show up or call to cancel. My fellow countrymen take it from me, save yourself the hassles and headaches and take your business elsewhere

When prompted for payment I was redirected to an overseas website bravo fly. Com They promptly deducted R2918. Half an hour later I received an email cancelling my booking due to technical problems. I was given a call center number which does not exist and to date I am out of pocket for an amount of R2918. </p> <p>Cheapflights how and when is my money going to be refunded?</p>
<p>I went into Ned bank to close my account. The teller confirmed that I should leave R350.00 in the account for bank charges which I did. </p> <p>A few days later I received a text message stating the account is overdrawn. I went into to the bank, the teller confirmed that an additional amount of R117.00 was owing. I paid the amount and while waiting for the teller to complete the transaction I received another SMS stating the account is overdrawn AGAIN by R50!? I want my account CLOSED but Ned bank is keeping it open so they can eat my money. </p>
