After making a booking via hotels. Com, I have continuously tried calling to confirm my booking and been told we will call u back. One day later I am still waiting for the promised call back in 10 minutes. On 2 occasions the call was dropped when the agent could not answer simple questions like if they have a heated pool. On other occasions I was told to call back in 20 minutes. With so Many calls to try and get to someone to speak to me decently and answer my question as to whether my reservation is reflecting or not. When asking for the manager I am told that he is the manager but can't answer any of my questions, at this point I am not even interested in visiting the resort
I have now spent an average of 3 hours a day trying to follow up on an application which I made. I am consistently transferred from one dept to another and then put on hold for an average of 15 to 20 min while the agent either looks up my info and doesn't come back to me or tries to find someone that knows how to help. I even went into a Telkom store where the consultants went through the same run around through the call center. I was then told to follow up with the service providers but they have no track of my order so once again another 3 hours of transferring around in the call center for an agent to actually help. So now I speak to a manager who tells me that he is only mandated to help me with a sale problem and seeing as I don't have an active sale he cant help with my problem. So a manager within a call center is not prepared to go the extra mile to resolve a customers problem!!!!!! I am now one step away from calling my bank to ensure that no debit orders are processed because with service like this I DONT want to do ANY BUSINESS WITH TELKOM!!!!! Dumisana Mpulo is a manager within the Telkom service desk who is not prepared to go out of his area to help a customer. I have put in a complaint telephonically and put this on the Telkom blog and still NO One is prepared to try and help.....
<p>After having the explorer for about a month now i have experienced the worst service and interrupted viewing. I could have just as well stayed with my HD Pvr or even without a decoder and had a better viewing experience. I have had daily calls to the call center who has giving multiple reset instructions which just makes the situation worse. I have emails with settings to do which just does not work. I have heard multiple "Its a General problem" oh its working oh its not, maybe by 23:00 it will be fine. It is day 6 and it is NOT FINE. I have even asked for them to send out an installer and fix it or just take it away and leave me with my previous package as i had little to no issues. I am paying for a service which i am NOT getting. I have reference numbers with no promising outcome ahead.</p>
