Horrible experience! I've purchased a sectional suite from them and paid around R20 000 on sale for a section couch. Within a month, the couch started getting super worn out (bare in mind, my toddler who is only 9kgs and myself use it (I am 52kgs). I've reported the issue within 2 months of purchase and to date, no one had collected the couch for an immediate refund. They wanted to collect the couch to assess it which meant I would have been without a couch to date as their customer services is pathetic. I've had to phone and follow up on claims over 6 times (excluding emails) yet to date, no one had called me back when asking them to pick up the couch and refund me immediately. I'll never purchase a couch from them again! Not even a Chinese made couch had given issues like this
Absolutely terrible service, workmanship, customer service and overall work ethic from Panelrite in Pinetown. I had numerous issues with their workmanship and they refused to take accountability for anything! They pay off people at VW as well as assessors to make things work in their favour! Their repair and paint matching is terrible. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone. From the owner to the staff, you will never be satisfied by them.
I recently purchased a few items from Superbalist and upon my inspection, I had issues with regards to the item colour / size when it arrived. I have to give credit where it's due for their prompt and no questions asked return and exchange policy. There was a short process to follow which resulted in a quick response. I definitely do recommend them.
If I could give Lindt South Africa 0 stars, I definitely would for their pathetic customer services. It’s been a month of constant dissatisfaction whilst dealing with them. On the 5th of March 2019, I emailed my complaint through to Lindt about a worm being found in their chocolate Which was bought from their loose truffle tray at their Gateway store in Durban. After emailing videos, images and even posting THE WORM which was still alive to Lindt, they had the audacity to email me Back almost a month later, after implying that I wanted free goods from them to tell me the outcome of the case was that I must inconvenience myself and go to the Gateway Lindt store to pick up ONE Lindt ball that they usually give for free. I’m disgusted and appalled. I’ve never expected this much of unprofessional and cheap behaviour from such an expensive brand. After this, I’ve decided to boycott Lindt chocolates as a whole!
<p>I had purchased goods online in June 2016. Goods had arrived in Durban / Johannesburg Customs. Customs had great difficulty trying to get the FICA from Mirraw which took them 2 to 3 months thereafter and they were still unable to provide the relevant documentation. During that time, Customs had requested that I pay a huge sum of money equivilant to the amount of the goods that were purchased (A sum of R3987.00 was spent). I had instructed Customs to send the goods back as these items were purchased for a family function. I had requested a refund from Mirraw who had sent me an email confirming that I would recieve a refund within 10 to 12 working days in October 2016 and up to date, I still have not recieved a refund or a response from Mirraw! I am absolutely disgusted with their services as they are big thieves and I suggest that they be denied access to sell goods online because this is pathetic!!! I have sent them numerous emailsof which they had promised that they would process the refund which I have still not received.</p>
<p>I decided to take a contract with Glocell for a mobile router that they had on special with a free ship cruise voucher. They had not debited me for 3 months, I had to make a manual payment yet I had given them my banking details and was told (only after calling them myself) that my line would be cut off if payments aren't made. I was also promised a ship cruise voucher in June and it is now October yet I have still not received it or any correspondence with this regard. I have emailed and tried to call them numerous amounts of times whilst having my calls being cut off after holding on for over an hour. I have gotten no assistance from them to date. This is by far the worst service provider EVER!!! Pathetic customer service as well! </p>
