My wife ordered a new phone on the 17th April till to date not recieved. On Friday 20th made a follow and was advised that they need to debit account before approval. On saturday 21st R907 was debited as agreed. On Tuesday 24th makes follow up and get told that she will get an sms, till today no sms. Today 25th April makes another follow to be told wrong phone has been allocated a 64gb instead of the 256gb ordered. Now they advise everything will go to approval again. Why is it everytime there is an excuse. Now its more than 7days with no honesty and accountability from anyone. Thursday 26th April is last day for her at current workplace and delivery is not met at all... What kind of service is this. When we check online everything says order was placed today. I think best we get refund and cancel everything cause if we start having problems now imagine what else is yet to come
Unable to do a recall after a month first time was told that I must contact with the person. Nedbank will not be able to contact a client to verify details. I have now filled in a second recall and still no joy. The recall received from you was unsuccessful. We have received feedback from the beneficiary bank regarding your recall.. Ref: ********** 123 The details given why was it not verified first by Nedbank and ABSA as the person does not know anything at all. Now ABSA advise as well they cant do anything due to the FACT it was an instant payment.
<p>On the 15th February 2017 my car was involved in an accident. I was greatly assisted by Sydney to log the claim and he continously called everytime he wasnt available<br />to take my calls. I have issued all the documents and the case number was issued even advised that the garage owner where the accident took place will assist with survielence.</p> <p><br />On friday 17th an assesor went to look at the car at autobahn in spartan and sent report to say car has been written off. The same day contact the finance house so I can submit<br />all the neccesary documents need by miway.</p> <p>My claim is C822987, yesterday (20th February 2017) been calling miway the whole day and Jeandre Gerber promised to send me email with her details and sms as she is now assigned to the claim. I have to continously call and <br />leave messages and still dont get feedback.</p> <p><br />Spoke to the finance house and they unable to assist me wihtout a letter from miway to state the finance will be paid so that they can process me for a new vehicle. I will be out of town end of February and unable to sort out the logistics of a new vehicle.</p> <p><br />Today the 21st February 2017 I call and get told that miway will not process anything until the car has been taken to SMD and they get the ploce report after I issued miway with the case number at 14:30pm on the 17th February 2017.</p> <p><br />Always get the same question of where is the vehicle everytime I call in does anybody ever update the records?</p> <p>Why does the client have to wait and for the matters that should be dealt with internally? Even the courier hasnt collected the spare keys.<br />Im currently with no vehicle but have to wait for issues to be resolved at miway.<br />Miway is just playing delay tectics and yestrday was told by Jeandre Gerber that all should be resolved today 21st February 2017.</p>
<p>bought an acer laptop found it to be faulty and not charging now been told to wait and let it be assessed before gettting replacement. How has the unit passed quality assurance with such condition. Been calling and running to the shop and still no solution just need a replacement unit while the store and supplier sort out the matter... either give me a new laptop or we get refund now and today no waiting periods... this is not customer service... never again buy anything from Sahara as the service is bad don't even be influenced to do business with them</p>
