Big compound and private dwelling. High walls surrounded by a heavily armed guards. Many points of ingress and egress. Wrought iron and steel plate double wide gates, security guardhouse with bulletproof glass. Over six foot high perimeter wall with additional palisade multi pronged spikes added on top. Nice area, however lots of traffic and on a corner plot, across from the war museum and Anglo Lion enclosure of the Johannesburg Zoo.

bought an acer laptop found it to be faulty and not charging now been told to wait and let it be assessed before gettting replacement. How has the unit passed quality assurance with such condition. Been calling and running to the shop and still no solution just need a replacement unit while the store and supplier sort out the matter... either give me a new laptop or we get refund now and today no waiting periods... this is not customer service... never again buy anything from Sahara as the service is bad don't even be influenced to do business with them

I had my Le Novo tablet for 7 months when it did not want to recharge after the battery went flat. I took it into CNA Cape Gate on 22/10/2015 and was told it will be sent to the repair centre.
After numerous enquiries I was told, 3 months later, that the battety will be replaced. But in the 1st 2 months they could not establish the problem. I still have not received my device back and dont know how long I will have to wait still! I will never advise anyone to by Le Novo as their support sucks!

We booked in one of our Toshiba Laptops at their Cape Town branch, on the 3rd of July 2015.
Keep in mind our laptop is still under warranty and the hard drive just stopped working.

No one bothers to update us on the progress or to even return our calls when they tell us they will, we have to keep phoning them and this is now a month later.

THey can't be bothered to supply us with a loan unit or offer any other solutions.
Service is so pathetic, will definitely think twice before ordering from them in future as they cannot deliver on warranty on the products that they sell.

3 Months ago I sent a 6 month old Fondi tablet to Sahara Computers for fixing. Replacing of a broken screen (which I was willing to pay for) and 3G Wifi not working (which was under gaurantee).
And here the list of problems start:
1. The serial number is worn off, thus a good excuse for them that it is not under warranty. Me producing a purchasing invoice does not help.
2. 2 months after sending it (courier = R210-00), I get quoted R763.80, without the option of a new one, I accept it and pay it.
3. After 3 motnhs I finally get A tablet, (courier = R210-00), not the one I sent, still with pictures of the owner etc etc...old screen and modem is also broken.
4. Speak to Warranties manager Dorielle who promises me a new tablet, but I have to pay courier.
5. Sent courier (R210-00 again) to pick it up.
6. The courier gets told by Lebogang that I need to send the old one back first before she can give it to them. Another R210-00 I have to pay.
I have to pay R1603-00 for THEIR mistake and THEIR lack of professionalism.
COST OF SAME NEW TABLET = R900-00 and with courier = R1120-00
6 requests later my physical address is still not changed either.
Bad, extremely bad service. Stay away.

My son got a Fondi for Christmas. It slipped off the couch and the screen smashed. The only company that repairs Fondi is Sahara. I took it in on 19/01/2015. They said they were getting new prices the next day, then it would take 40 mins to replace and they'd call me to collect the device. It is now 01/03/2015 and I have still not received a call. I have phoned twice only to be told they are waiting for stock to arrive. They said they would find out what was happening and call me back. I have still not heard from them. They won't replace the screen or the device which renders the Fondi tablet as useless as them. We spent a lot of money on the device as a Christmas present for our son and he has not been able to use it.
