Since 08 February 2016 I've been getting phone calls to my cellphone from the number +27318138700. When I pick up I get an automated reply \Dear Telkom Mobile client, we will contact you again at a later stage\", or something like that....<br> I AM NOT A TELKOM MOBILE CLIENT! And where did you get my number?? Loose the number!!!<br> I am NOT interrested"
I had my Le Novo tablet for 7 months when it did not want to recharge after the battery went flat. I took it into CNA Cape Gate on 22/10/2015 and was told it will be sent to the repair centre.<br> After numerous enquiries I was told, 3 months later, that the battety will be replaced. But in the 1st 2 months they could not establish the problem. I still have not received my device back and dont know how long I will have to wait still! I will never advise anyone to by Le Novo as their support sucks!
My phone was stolen 13 December 2015. I handed my insurance claim forms, affidavit and all the required paperwork for my claim in at Edgars Cape Gate on 19 December 2015. I was advised it will take around two weeks to settle the claim. I was told that I will receive an sms from Hollard as soon as the receive and process my paperwork. To date, now almost 4 weeks later I still have not received any feedback from Hollard. The Edgars consultant query my claim every 3rd day and gets the same reply the whole time \we are experiencing a back log and have not received the claim/paperwork yet"<br> 2 weeks to be settled"
If a company mess up your account and then continue to harass you to make a payment on your account to fix THEIR mistake and then still to phone you once the payment was made to request payment.... that is when I loose my cool!<br> Their accounts department is a JOKE!!!!
