They don’t even deserve a star. Network only worked for a week or less and has been offline for more than a week. When you call they send you from one person to another. One even said we should call the person who installed. Where do we find that person?
I need my money. Its been over a week and nobody seems to care
I have been waiting the whole for my account to be verified. I need my money and can’t access it.
I bought a financial calculator on 30 May 2025 and returned it on 2 June 2025 because my old one started working again. I had not opened the package, it was still sealed. We had a breakdown for 2 days and no one could assist us. Rangers passed us even though we were stopping them and the ones who stopped just gave us a number to call and said they were to busy to assist us. We had to call a friend to come assist us and he was at home. When he got to the gate they referred him to the camp and when he got there nobody wanted to assist him then later someone said they will assist even though their shift was over and I'm thankful to him coz he really came through to us. Thats how we got out om day 2 after being stuck inside for almost 20 hours with no help. LOLLY NYANDU THANK YOU FOR NOT HELPING US WHEN WE WERE DESPERATE AND DID NOT HAVE NETWORK.
I am very dissa****ted with the way you do business. My documents were delivered to the wrong and to the wrong person. How possible is that? I have been since last week thursday and they keep saying tomorrow and I am still waiting even today. Nobody wants to assist me. I am deeply hurt. Fix this problem now.
I spoke to Thandi today who transfered me to someone else while I was still telling her my problem and I didn't get the name of the second person because I was talking alone. Beginning of January I wanted to cancel my contract and I was told that my account is in arrears and I have to pay R663 which I did and consultant who told me that said I need to call after 2 days of payment and it will be cancelled. I did just that and called again after paying and I found someone who told me a different story, that I need to pay extra R110 for the benefits and the contract is cancelled. I called again for the 3rd time and thats when Thandi transfered without my knowledge and the person who I was transfered to told me that I need to pay another R110 for the benefits, mind you I'm not even using the sim card anymore, but the lady I spoke to on the 12th Jan said the R110 will be my last. I am fuming right, I will never buy anything related to cell c ever and will advice friends and family not to as well. Get your facts right because what your staff is doing is bull****. I can't keep paying for something that I don't understand and your staff doesn't understand. They are incompetent.
