Bought a starter for my 1996 citi chico VW Golf in August last year for R1850.00, daylight *******, but nonetheless. Bought it and installed it in my car. Yes I was desperate. Now, 7/8 months later it's giving me the same problem as my old one, (the old one lasted 28 and a half years). Noe they say that yes I can hand it in and they will send it to their head office for assessment and then decide if I can get my money back or get a replacement after 14 days. They didn't wait 14 days to take my money!!! I can't be without a vehicle for 14 days because they want to check if I'm telling the truth. This is utter nonsense. I will never, ever buy anything at Goldwagen again. The exact same starter I could have bought at Auto Zone for almost half the price. Goldwagen charged me over R600 for a starter solenoid and Auto Zone would have charged me like R190. They are milking people and getting away with it. From here I'm going to social media and will continue to faul their name until I get service.
The most professional service I have ever received from any company. Vanessa was so helpful and explained everything in detail.
Most unprofessional institution in the country. Made a booking to see the optometrist and got confirmation and everything, just to be called a day later saying there won't be an optometrist available!!!??? How in the hell does a multimillion rand franchise work with no, I repeat, NO stand-in or locum optometrist to assist when one is not available. I mean. You don't go to the pharmacy and they tell you, sorry there is no pharmacist to help. As unprofessional as they come. So I suppose they will close the practice for that day as there is no optometrist available... People take pride in a business. I have been with them, on and off, for over 20 years and this is the service. Absolutely disgraceful.
I wanted to get a contract and app**** in store. They told me that I'm approved with conditions... I need to pay a certain amount before I can get my phone. Why? No one could answer me. I tried again online and tje same thing. Approved with conditions... What the hell. All I want is a cheap phone, Samsung A24, and they continue saying approved with conditions. My name is clear and I have the proof of it. If they don't want my money they should just say so.

Kilner park casbah is losing me as a customer. I was use to the pleasant service and their great prices and top notch food but got the shock of my life when I went to get some food there as a take - away. Got home with my food only to see that they cut the portions basicaly in half and did not even give me any chips. I went back to casbah as we stay just around the corner from it and I was told by the new owner that this is going to happen and he is even going to up the prices for the food. They want to cut the portions and up the price!!! This is truly sick. You can't have people buy something that they get less off for more money. Talk about getting rich quickly. No one asked for you upgrades. Everybody went to casbah for their brilliant food and their good prices. No he wants to compare himself to SPUR!!! hahahahahaha... You will never be Spur my friend. Might as well pack up and leave now...

I cancelled my tv lic 17 years ago with all the relevant paperwork in order and even got convermation that it was closed. Now I am receiving these threatening sms's that state a letter of demand has been issued and so on. I do not own a tv. Did not own a tv for the last 17 years and will never own a tv. I listen to music and go to the movies if something looks interesting. I am up to my ears in debt and under debt review. I do not have time to deal with this. If they lost my paperwork that I handed in at the sabc in Aucklandpark then it is not my problem. If I remember correctly I even got convermation that my lic was cancelled. What a useless bunch of people. No wonder the hold concerts for an empty stadium.. I am truly very angry here where I am sitting, typing this. I want to swear so much that i catch myself deleting half a sentence just to keep this as civilised as possible but a person can only have so much...
