Bheke contacted me every couple of weeks giving me a status update and apologising for the process taking so long. I finally got my replacement product yesterday. Bheke showed what customer service is all about. He is an asset to his company. Thank you!
<p>We opened a Capitec account in October 2016. The process was a pleasure and everything was done very effectively. HOWEVER, we have subsequently been trying to get Lelo to move a number of direct debits from another account to the newly opened Capitec account. My partner wrote the first mail to her on the 23rd of October. No response. He followed up on the 25th of October. No response. I wrote to her on the 26th and 28th. No response. I also tried contacting the branch, but the phone literally just rang. After our delight at the initial great service we received, we are now actually considering closing this account. I have proof of all the mails sent to Lelo.</p>
<p>On 15 October, I wrote a review regarding Telkom and my mission to cancel our account. I was given the following reference number: AI ********** . Despite being contacted by Telkom saying that cancellation would be done, yet another debit order went off on 2016-10-31. That brings the number of debit orders since cancellation to 4. A total amount of R 756 is therefore now owed to us. We received a statement on the 4th of November stating that we are R385.16 in credit. Why has our account STILL not been cancelled?? And when will we be refunded the amount owed to us?</p> <p> </p>
<p>We used this company in 2013 to have gutters installed. Recently contacted them for some small changes to some of our down pipes. I received a call from a representative saying he would be at my home during that week. He promised to call before arriving. A week later - no call, no appointment made. Queried this again. This time I didn't even receive a response. I'm assuming the job is too small for them to be bothered. Shocking customer service. And to think I recommended them in 2013.</p>
<p>Between my mom and I we have been unable to get any response from Clarins regarding a query we had on a faulty pump mechanism on one of their products. My mom spoke to their customer services department early this year and was told that someone would get back to her. I then send e-mails to the customer relations e-mail address listed on their website (One on the 10th of October and the other on the 17th of October). I have not even received an acknowledgement of the receipt of my mails. I would really appreciate it, if anyone from their customer services department could contact us as per the details in the mails I sent.</p>
<p>On 28 June 2016, I cancelled our Telkom account via e-mail. I sent the cancellation to the following e-mail addresses: ********** and ********** I received a Autoreply from both of these addresses acknowleding receipt of my cancellation request. I also visited the Telkom branch in Marshalltown to enquire whether there was anything else I should do to cancel the account. I was told that nothing else was necessary. I requested the account to be cancelled as of the end of July (thereby giving the necessary 30 days notice). We have subsequently been debited on the following dates: 2 August 2016, 31 August 2016 and 3 October 2016. Our account number is: ********** 20001. I would like to request a refund for the total amount that was debited after the last day of July. </p>
