Takealot refusing to return faulty product purchase
I purchased a product from Takealot. returned it the same day as it is not working like how it should. How can i purchase a product that does not work like how it should. Takealot is refusing to give me a refund. Over the years i have given them alot of support and this is how you treat your customers

MY MONEY WAS TAKEN BUT NOT LOADED!!!!
you do your depost using the ozow method , moneys goes out of your account. it deosnt show or reflect on Luckyfish and when you call and email to inquire regarding the funds they ask rediculous questions and not helpful at all...this is not a laughing matter its serios and i would highly appreciate getting feedback or atleast a answer as to why didnt my money load yet it was taken from my account.Completly Unsattisfied and Unhappy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no support , games are rigged
looks like a **** site. nobody answers the phone for days now. All games across multiple providers just freeze when you get a good symbol and then it changes....the just take your money and when you call support ...there is none

first time on playabets
its ok playing on the site. you go up and down. (give and take ) which is good. After 350 spins , got first fee spin and it was sad. bouhgt about 20 -25 free spins ...and only 3 of them got just over my buy bike. the rest were duds will i come back to the site: when i am in the mood not worrying about losing or winning, just pass time. I will . you can play for long with a little. if i want excitement with a chance of winning , defitely NOT this site

Immediate payment not working , but money left account
I did an immediate payment from my standard bank. The whole day has gone past and i did not receive the money. It was urgent that i get the money , hence immediate payment. I contatced the bank 3 times, and all i get it we have escalated and no feedback. where is my money gone , it has left the account , and why no proper feedback
