Very bad service being sent from pillar to post with no credible information.
<div>I app**** for a loan with Mariner Finance on 2025/01/30 and was made to pay a loan acceptace fee after my application was approved which I did. I was told the loan amount will be in my account soon as the company lawyer has signed my contract. I have not received any money that I was promise as per the loan approval contract. I have been sent from pillar to post. I just want my money back that I paid to them I am no longer interested in dealing with them and their unprofessional staff that cannot give straight forward accurate information.</div>

Amazing Service Received
I would like to give praise to Bilal Essop from the Tiger Wheel & Tyre on Corlette Drive, Melrose. He was very friendly and so helpful when I took my car in for assitance with my damaged tyre a few weeks ago. Keep up the great work and amazing customer service, it really does go a long way.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED
Worst service I have ever received to date. The call center agents are incompetent and get basic information incorrectly captured onto their system. No sense of urgency whatsover, they take weeks to respond to emails. Their call center is horrendous, when you try call them the phone rings until it just goes dead. I am not impressed at all and will be moving to a new medical aid scheme.
